Appreciations towards teamLab for providing the following description:

teamLab在2017年1月份展示了三幅实验性艺术品，三幅艺术品展示于Shikoku山深处的一处真正的瀑布前。这三幅作品是“数字自然艺术”核心项目的一部分。

teamLab unveiled three experimental art pieces as a part of its core project “Digitized Nature Art”. The artworks were revealed on a real 20m high waterfall located deep in the mountains of Shikoku.

深山中的光之瀑布
Waterfall of Light Particles

在完全的黑暗之下，仅有流淌的瀑布中水的颗粒在反射光，创造出一条光颗粒的瀑布。与此同时，这条光之瀑布照亮了周围。

在黑暗之中，闪亮的粒子留下痕迹，在空中划出一条明亮的线。通过将这些光线划过的痕迹叠合，光之瀑布应运而生。

In complete darkness, light reflects only on the waterfall (particles of water), shining particles stream down, creating a waterfall of light particles. The light of the shining waterfall illuminates the surrounding area.

In the darkness, the shining particles leave a light trail afterimage that draws a line in space. From the combination of these afterimage light traces the Waterfall of light emerges.

Flowers Bloom on the Waterfall

水是生命之源，因此，神秘的瀑布象征着生命力量在激流的瀑布激起的水花中不断绽放，生生不息。

花朵的一生历经发芽，成长，含苞，绽放直至凋谢，枯萎，消散，不断的重复着出生到死亡的循环。

艺术品是一台计算机持续同步描绘，而非提前制作好的动画效果。画面不断被覆盖，只展示这一刻呈现的状态。

Water is the source of life. For this reason, the waterfall is mysterious and represents an overflowing life force. On a fiercely flowing waterfall flowers bloom.

Flowers are born, they grow, bud, bloom, and eventually scatter, wither, and fade away. The flowers are in a continuous cycle of birth and death, repeating forever.

The artwork continues and is depicted in real time by a computer program. It is not a pre-recorded animation. Previous states can are never replicated, this moment can not be seen again.

瀑布之水倾泻而下，花朵在长时间形成的岩石上绽放然和消散。这个地区的花季随时间而变化。

花朵的一生历经发芽，成长，含苞，绽放直至凋谢，枯萎，消散，不断的重复着出生到死亡的循环。

生命在地球上经历了超过了数十亿年的巨大时间跨度，永恒的重复着生命周期。然而，人类却总是忽略这一点。

岩石既是无机的也是无生命的，多年来，岩石的形状由瀑布塑造，从这个角度看，岩石可以被认为是生命的力量创作的雕塑，同样体现着生命力。

A waterfall flows down powerfully, on the rocks that have been formed over long periods of time flowers bloom and scatter for eternity. A seasonal year of the flowers of this region change over time.

Flowers are born, they grow, bud, bloom, and eventually scatter, wither, and fade away. The flowers are in a continuous cycle of birth and death, repeating forever.

Life has been created on an overwhelming scale and time span over billions of years on Earth. Repeating on an eternal life cycle. However, it is difficult for humans to easily perceive this.

Rocks are inorganic and non-living, over the years the natural shape of the rock is modeled by the waterfall, as a result the rock can be thought of as a sculptural block that embodies the power of life.
