Appreciation towards C.A.S.H.DESIGN for providing the following description:
“弯道里藏着记忆，也藏着新路”
In the winding bends lies memory, and also a new path
青岛的波螺油子，是一条500米9道弯的曲折山路。海螺盘旋，马牙石被百年脚步磨得油滑，”波螺油子”四字，是本地人给这段路起的名，也是给一段城市记忆起的名。我们的项目，就落在这片老城区的肌理里。
Qingdao’s “Boluoyouzi” is a winding mountain road of 500 meters with nine sharp turns. The spiraling shape resembles a conch, and the horse teeth stones have been polished smooth by a century of footsteps. “Boluoyouzi” — this is what locals named this stretch of road, and also what they named a piece of the city’s memory. Our project is embedded in the texture of this old neighborhood.

甲方是一家男士服装品牌，皮质与牛仔，线上起家，如今走到线下——全国首家体验店。在红瓦绿树的老城区，一栋德式建筑已在此屹立百年。我没有理由打破这份和谐。整个项目，都在试图寻找一种平衡：商业与情怀、复古与现代、东方与西方、材质与材质。建筑保留了完整的原始形态，只在入户门口做了形体与材质的变化。色彩与质感上，我依然希望它有原生感——仿佛百年未曾离开。

The client is a men’s apparel brand specializing in leather and denim. Born online, it is now stepping offline for the first time — its inaugural physical experience store. In the old district of red tiles and green trees, a German-style building has stood for a century. I found no reason to disrupt this harmony. Throughout the project, I have been striving to find a balance: commerce and sentiment, retro and modern, East and West, material and material. The building retains its complete original form. Only at the entrance have form and material changed. Yet in color and texture, I wanted it to remain native — as if the century had never left.

“一开一合之间，是游园，也是秀场”
Between opening and closing, it is a garden stroll, and also a runway
入户正冲是一扇谷仓玻璃门。关闭时，客人自然进入”游园模式”；开启时，这里能搭设长T台，通向室外广场的秀场。

Facing the entrance is a glass barn door. When closed, visitors naturally enter a “garden tour” mode; when opened, a long catwalk can be set up leading to the outdoor square — a show.

谷仓门上，一颗子弹”击穿”了底层的玻璃。玻璃共三层，我们将碎掉的玻璃夹在其中。”愈合”后的玻璃不再割手，但印记仍在。这有一种向上不服输的力量感——人生难免波折，我们终会带着愈合后的伤痛不断前行。这与品牌理念高度契合。
On the barn door, a bullet “pierces” the bottom layer of glass. The glass has three layers; we encase the shattered pane within. The “healed” glass no longer cuts, but the mark remains. There is a kind of upward, unyielding strength in this — life inevitably brings setbacks, yet we carry on with our healed wounds. This resonates deeply with the brand’s philosophy.

产品偏重工，皮衣与牛仔皆是。空间中，我们以定制化道具与特殊材质强调匠心：缝纫机针头组件提炼为饰品展台；从二楼楼梯口在地面伸展的”走线”金属条，一直连到吧台一角，让空间叙事变得完整。暖气片，以毛线钩织做了遮罩。质地疏漏，散热性更好。
The products lean toward heavy craftsmanship — leather jackets and denim. In the space, custom props and special materials emphasize this artistry: sewing machine needle components are refined into jewelry displays; a “stitch line” metal strip stretches from the second-floor staircase down to the counter, completing the spatial narrative. The radiator is masked with crocheted wool. The porous texture allows better heat dissipation.

二楼有牛仔与牛皮原料，染色、水洗、裁剪等复合工艺体现在空间装饰层面——这是对原料特性的更深理解。
On the second floor, denim and raw materials are displayed. Dyeing, washing, cutting — these composite processes are reflected in the spatial decor. It is a deeper understanding of the material’s inherent character.
