深圳大学,1983 年经国家教育部批准设立。2023 年 9 月 27 日,她迎来其创校 40 周年校庆。从 80 年代建设耕耘,到 90 年代的蓬勃发展,再到之后的转型突破,短短 40 年的时间里,学校已成为一所特色鲜明、 实力雄厚、在国内外具有良好声誉和重要影响力的高水平综合性大学。

Established in 1983 with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Shenzhen University celebrated its 40th anniversary on September 27, From its establishment in the 1980s, to the thriving development in the 1990s, and the subsequent transformation and breakthroughs, Shenzhen University has become a high-level comprehensive university with distinct features, strong capabilities, and a good reputation and significant influence both domestically and internationally in just 40years.

深圳大学校园环境提升项目位于深圳南山区,涵盖了深圳大学的粤海校区和丽湖校区,总面积约为 138,000 平方米, 其中粤海校区占据了主要面积。

Located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the Shenzhen University landscape enhancement project coversboth the Yuehai and Lihu campuses, with a total area of approximately 138,000 square meters. The Yuehai campus accounts for the majority of the total area.

这次的提升计划深入研究深大校园景观风貌、特点及校园文化,景观提升节点有望成为深大校园环境的“新名片”。 针对校园不同年代建设区域的提升,【传承】、【增彩】、【完善】这三个策略相互穿插、各有侧重。粤海校区历史悠久,伴随深圳改革开放成立至今,具有丰富的历史文化印迹,但相应的存在一些日积月累的岁月风霜带来的问题。因此,项目从场地实际出发,结合时代脉络和使用需求,点线结合形成“一环路三年代九节点”的空间结构。

For this renovation plan, an in-depth study was conducted on the landscape features, characteristics,and campus culture of Shenzhen University. The landscape enhancement nodes are expected to become”new name cards” for the campus environment of Shenzhen University. The renovation schemes of”inheritance”, “color-adding”, and “improvement” were adopted interactively with different focuses in various zones constructed in different periods. Bearing a long history, the Yuehai campus carries rich historical and cultural imprints since itsestablishment alongside the reform and opening-up of Shenzhen. However, there are some accumulatedproblems caused by the passage of time. Therefore, based on the actual site conditions and combining withthe historical context and user needs, the campus is designed to have a spatial structure of “one ring, three eras, and nine nodes.”

传承——保留和延续校园的历史文化印迹
Inheritance Preserve and inherit the historical and cultural imprints on the campus

对八十年代印迹最多的西入口,时光广场,天人广场三个节点,采用“修旧如旧”的策略。重点优化人行道,广场台阶, 中心水景等重要节点的铺 装, 坐凳及整体视觉效果,在不改变校园文化印迹的前提下, 让人体会到 80年代校园所承载的历史信息,赓续深大校园精神血脉。

For the three sites with the most historical imprints constructed in the 1980s, including the WestEntrance, Time Square, and Tianren Square, the strategy of “restoring them as they were” was adopted.The focus was placed on renovating the pavement, steps at the squares, central water features, and otherimportant nodes. The benches and overall visual effects are designed to preserve the cultural imprints of the campus, allowing people to experience the historical information carried by the campus in the 1980s andcontinue the spiritual heritage of Shenzhen University.

增彩——植物的增色添彩
Color-adding – Add colors with plants 

针对九十年代建设的生态滨水空间上文山湖,重点增加观赏开花植物,丰富植物空间和色彩;在下文山湖增加雨水花园,植入海绵设计。同时,对文山湖驳岸进行加固及置石美化,通过硬景叠加、合理植物配置等方式来达到平面波折、 立面起伏的效果。

For the upper part of Wenshan Lake, an ecological waterfront space constructed in the 1990s,ornamental flowering plants were added to brighten the plant space with more colors. For the lower partof Wenshan Lake, a rainwater garden was built with spongy materials. Also, the revetment of WenshanLake was reinforced and beautified with stones. The combination of hardscape elements and well-planned plant furnishing helps create a visually appealing effect with undulating planes and facades.

完善——功能的完善和补充
Improvement improve and add functions

针 对 2000 年以后建设的校园主环路及科技楼北广场、 图书馆南馆、 杜鹃山,档案馆、 艺术楼五 个节 点, 主要做功能的完善和补充。重点翻新北广场大草坪,整理地形,加宽园路;增设各节点的休憩坐凳,草坪灯等基础设施,针对不同尺度空间进行优化,带来新的游憩体验。

For the main ring road and the five sites constructed after 2000, including the North Square of the S&TBuilding, South Library Building, Dujuan Hill, Archive Building, and Art Building, functions were improvedand added. The emphasis was placed on renovating the large lawn in the North Square by optimizing terrainfeatures and widening the pathways. Additional facilities such as benches and lawn lights were installed tooptimize spaces of different size, providing a new recreational experience.

通过土壤换填、增加绿化、调整地形、增加自动喷灌等措施,结合海绵设计等方法,成功改善了土质问题、植物生长状况、功能缺失等问题,为师生打造了一个更加宜居、宜教、宜研的校园环境。深圳大学校园环提升不仅是迎接这一盛大校庆的准备, 更是对深大40年辉煌历程的致敬。 在设计与教育的交汇之处,我们共同铸就着更美好的明天。让我们携手前行,共同见证深圳大学的辉煌未来!

With measures such as soil replacement, increased greening, terrain modification, and the addition of automatic irrigation, combined with sponge design, the problems of soil quality, plant grow  conditions, and lack of functions have been successfully addressed, creating a more livable, education and research-friendly campus environment for students and faculty. The campus renovation of Shenzhen University is not only a preparation for the grand anniversarycelebration, but also a tribute to its glorious 40-year history. At the intersection of design and education, weare jointly shaping a better tomorrow. Let us move forward together and witness the brilliant future ofShenzhen University!
