位于整座城市中央轴线与瓯江的交汇点，以“山、水、梯田”的方案概念结合高山滨水的设计意向，连接着城市与自然。在“山水城市”的规划指导下，景观以简约大方的笔触将山水的形态融于项目之中，以轻盈流畅的曲线铺展绿化，使建筑群生长于“绿谷”之间，为城市居民提供提供一个活力四溢的微度假目的地。

Located at the intersection of the central axis of the whole city and Oujiang River, it connects the city and nature with the program concept of “mountain, water, terraces” and the design intention of alpine waterfront. Under the planning guidance of “landscape city”, the landscape integrates the form of mountains and water into the project with simple and generous strokes, and spreads the greenery with light and smooth curves, so that the architectural complex grows between the “green valleys”, providing a vibrant micro-vacation destination for the urban residents. 启程 · 山水生境
Departure · Landscape Habitat

采用“LOD（Lifestyle Oriented Development）”，即生活方式引领的发展模式连接丽水城市界面，将丽水银泰城打造为交通圈、公园圈、商业圈、生活圈四圈合一的都市单元，为现代滨水城市的家庭群体和年轻群体焕新丰富的生活空间。

空间视觉中心以地标性雕塑，自下沉广场延伸至地面上空区域，宛如一条游龙穿梭于山川之间，以高低错层的姿态带动人们的视觉观感，作为场地的符号印记，刻画人们心中的地标映象。

Adopting “LOD (Lifestyle Oriented Development)”, i.e. Lifestyle Oriented Development, to connect the interface of the city of Lishui, Lishui Yintai City will be built as a metropolitan unit with four circles, namely, transportation circle, park circle, business circle, and living circle, and will renew and enrich the living space for the family groups and young groups in the modern waterfront city. Lishui Yintai City will become an urban unit integrating transportation circle, park circle, commercial circle and living circle, and will provide a new and rich living space for families and young people in the modern waterfront city.

The visual center of the space is a landmark sculpture, which extends from the sunken plaza to the area above the ground, just like a swimming dragon shuttling between the mountains and rivers, driving people’s visual perception with the staggered gesture of high and low levels, and serving as a symbolic mark of the site to portray the landmark image in people’s mind.

多元·城市绿谷

下沉广场约7000平方米，用山水间穿梭的景观意境打造了一个充满活力与生机的有机体，构建多数量弹性生长的生态模块，宛如沉睡在城市中心的绿色山谷。这里不仅是娱乐、休憩、交际、观光、会晤及体验的社交场所，也激发出多样的社交新场景。

The sunken plaza of about 7,000 square meters creates a dynamic and vibrant organism with the landscape mood of shuttling between mountains and water, building a large number of ecological modules that grow elastically, just like a green valley sleeping in the center of the city. It is not only a social place for entertainment, rest, socializing, sightseeing, meeting and experiencing, but also inspires a variety of new social scenes.

生态绿道连接错层空间，既可作为园区风景驿站，也可增加商业曝光量，提升经济价值。设计师在这里进行地形调整，配合植物张力，从人的体验感出发，营造一个松弛有度的游览空间，让人们来去之间，触手可及自然的魅力。

The ecological greenway connects the staggered space, which can serve as a scenic station in the park, increase commercial exposure, and enhance economic value. The designer adjusts the terrain here, cooperates with the tension of plants, and starts from the human experience to create a relaxed and moderate tourist space, allowing people to come and go with the charm of nature at their fingertips.

共享 · 活力+慢生活
Share vitality + leisure life

在园区内部打造一个完善的生活系统，联动优化城市格局，形成城园融合的慢生活+模式，让人们可以在这里找到自由、放松的公共活动空间。同时，将人工生态系统与自然生态系统相结合，在园区内容重构完多样的生态体系，令人与自然融合发展，如同游走在山水之间，潇洒快活。
