该项目是一座多功能城市住宅综合体，包含办公、展览、商业活动与居住等多种空间功能。

The project is a multifunctional urban housing complex, including spaces for working, exhibition, commercial activities, and living.

建筑被组织为一个“空盒”——一种由空隙生成的连续空间结构。中空墙体、中空楼板、中空楼梯以及垂直连接的空间层次，共同提升了整座住宅内部的连通性与自然采光。

The building is organized as a “hollow box” — a continuous spatial structure generated from voids. Hollow walls, hollow floor slabs, hollow staircases, and vertically connected spatial layers increase connectivity and natural light throughout the house.

住宅仅由两面实体侧墙进行界定，而前部、后部与中央区域的隔断则被最大程度减少，从而形成一种开放且灵活的结构，以适应多种不同功能的使用需求。

The house is defined by only two solid side walls, while partitions at the front, rear, and central areas are minimized, creating an open and flexible structure adaptable to a wide range of functions.

围绕建筑的是一套多层次的植被系统，被构想为“城市中的森林”。绿植通过不同层次的光影关系进行组织，使其能够自然生长为一个微型生态系统，同时减少西晒带来的太阳辐射、改善微气候，并从室内营造出丰富的景观层次。自然并非附加性的装饰元素，而是建筑结构不可分割的一部分。

Surrounding the building is a multi-layered vegetation system, envisioned as a “forest within the city.” The greenery is arranged through different layers of light and shadow, allowing it to naturally grow as a small ecological system, while reducing western solar radiation, improving the microclimate, and creating visual depth from the interior. Nature is not an additional decorative element, but an integral part of the architectural structure.
