neyuki是为来自北海道钏路市的Flanders甜品包装和销售品牌设计的产品。北海道位于日本北部，以牛奶和乳制品的生产而闻名。

A branding and a new product design project for Flanders, Co. Ltd. a firm based in Kushiro, Hokkaido that specializes in manufacturing and selling of confectioneries. Hokkaido is located in the north of Japan and is renowned for its dairy farming and the production of its milk and dairy products.

该甜品品牌的名称“N”源自于单词 “north”（北方），其logo被设计为一个简约的三角形，表明该公司专于利用北海道本地的食材制作甜品。奶酪蛋糕是该品牌的首个产品。打开盒子，呈现在眼前的雪景使人回想起北海道的冬季，随着“树”被一棵棵地拔起，小小的奶酪蛋糕也从下方的雪堆里露出身影。盒子中的“雪”由糖霜制成，“树”起到了小木签的作用。设计的灵感来源于日本北方储存食物的传统方法：将蔬菜和水果埋在雪里，使其在自我保鲜的同时还能够提高甜度。

The brand was named “N” taken from the word “north” and the logo was kept to a minimal with just a triangle that points to this direction reflecting the firm’s expertise in making confectioneries using the ingredients of Hokkaido. A cheese cake was decided as the brand’s first product to be designed. When the box is opened a snowy landscape reminiscent of Hokkaido is presented, and when the tree is pulled out a cheesecake appears from beneath the snow. The “snow” is made from icing sugar, and the “tree” can be picked up like a cocktail stick. The idea was inspired by the traditional techniques of the north that by storing vegetables and fruit in the snow a self-preservation occurs that enhances sweetness intensity.
