Lomadas House is set on a double lot opening onto more than one hundred meters of lagoon frontage. The project is distilled into a precise morphological operation: a broken bar of exposed concrete rests on two mounds of native vegetation, forming a system in which architecture and landscape are integrated.

住宅被组织为一系列路径与视觉关系。它并非一个封闭的体量，而是作为一种主动的几何形态，引导视线、框取周边景观，并组织空间体验。建筑被构想为一种可居住的地形，与场地连续相接。墙体与地面持续采用清水混凝土，强化了建筑作为一个统一整体的阅读，并形成连贯一致的材料特征。材料以其本来面貌直接呈现，不设覆层，从而确立了一种清晰而诚实的建筑表达。
The house is organized as a sequence of paths and visual relationships. Rather than a closed volume, it operates as an active geometry that directs views, frames the surroundings, and structures the spatial experience. Architecture is conceived as a habitable topography, continuous with the terrain. The continuous use of exposed concrete in walls and floors reinforces the reading of a unified piece, defining a cohesive material character. Materials are expressed directly, without cladding, consolidating a clear and honest architecture.

The mounds not only resolve the building’s support but also structure the project. One emerges from the front and extends toward the lagoon, widening as it opens to the horizon. The other, more technical in nature, begins as vehicular access and garage, sinks into the ground, and reappears as a green ramp connecting the upper level to the dock. Both organize circulation, program, and the relationship with the landscape.

The entrance is conceived as a sequence. A reflecting pool organizes arrival, guides toward the side entry, and mirrors the architecture and vegetation, reinforcing the perception of the ensemble. Entry occurs along the left mound, which connects to the double-height living space. Within its thickness lie the kitchen and dining area, culminating in a gallery that projects toward the lagoon as the endpoint of the public sequence.

楼梯轻盈而悬浮，在连接不同楼层的同时，保持与室内种植池的视觉联系。一座桥横跨入口上方的挑空空间，通向卧室区域。主卧位于条形体量的尽端，通过大面积玻璃面板向两侧打开，并以一间位于悬挑体量内的套内浴室收尾，仿佛漂浮在花园之上。从这里，路径继续通向第二座土丘，并向下延伸至花园和潟湖，进一步巩固不同标高之间的连续性。
The staircase, light and suspended, articulates the levels while maintaining visual connection with an interior planter. A bridge crosses the entrance void and leads to the bedrooms. The main bedroom occupies the end of the bar, opening to both sides through large glazed panels and culminating in an en-suite bathroom set within a cantilever that floats above the garden. From there, the path continues toward the second mound, descending to the garden and lagoon, consolidating continuity between levels.

建筑后立面采用双层通高的穿孔金属屏风处理。该构件与主体体量保持一定距离，并悬挂于大型梁体之下。它以一种更为通透的方式回应前侧条形体量的设计逻辑，在过滤光线和视线的同时，面向岸线建立联系。
The rear façade is resolved with a double-height perforated metal screen, set apart from the main volume and suspended from large beams. This element echoes the logic of the front bar in a more permeable condition, filtering light and views toward the shoreline.
