由NBBJ领衔设计的vivo深圳总部位于深圳市宝安区，以其独特的白色雕塑感外立面独树一帜，通过融合自然与健康元素的工作环境来呼应企业价值观，打造出充满包容性和修复力的新一代办公场所。

The NBBJ-designed vivo Shenzhen Headquarters stands at a prime location in the Bao’an District of Shenzhen, its white, sculptured façade setting it apart from the surrounding glass buildings and redefining the next-generation workplaces that integrate nature and health to resonate to the company’s core values which put much emphasis on being open, inclusive and restorative.

这座32层的建筑将员工健康福祉置于首位，除了常规办公空间之外，还引入商业零售空间及丰富的公共配套，力求将这座垂直园区自然而然地嵌入到社区肌理当中，与城市形成紧密联系。

Rising 32 stories, the building is designed with a primary focus on people’s health and well-being. In addition to workspaces, it features ground-level retail and public amenities that connect the campus to the city.

设计深受vivo智能手机产品的启发，将日常体验置于核心地位。如同手机设备那般，建筑形态由使用方式塑造而成：展现开放性、适应性与惊喜时刻。底部通过微妙的角位偏移催生出环绕塔楼360度的连续螺旋露台，形成中庭与户外空间，让光影、景观与自然在此交汇。

Inspired by vivo’s most well-known product—the accessible, versatile smartphone—the design places daily experience at its core. Like the device itself, the building is shaped by how people use it: offering openness, adaptability and moments of delight. A subtle angular shift in the floor plate generates a continuous, spiraling terrace that wraps the tower 360 degrees, forming atriums and outdoor spaces where light, views and nature converge.

An Urban Embrace

地面层的露台将建筑朝向街道与花园敞开，营造出友好亲切的公共空间。通过一座拥有13米高玻璃幕墙的旗舰店彰显vivo的品牌形象，同时激活公共领域的活力。

Ground-level terraces open the building to the street and garden, creating a welcoming civic edge. A flagship retail store with a 13-meter-tall glass facade anchors vivo’s presence while activating the public realm.

层层融入自然元素
Nature at Every Level

郁郁葱葱的绿意层层叠叠向上蔓延，灵感源自东南部地区的生物群落。每个楼层均可亲近自然，在工作日中持续滋养身心健康，促进活动交流，创造休憩时刻。

Lush green spaces cascade upward through the tower, inspired by the biomes of southeast China. Every floor provides access to nature, supporting well-being, movement and moments of restoration throughout the workday.

效能导向型可持续发展
Performance-Driven Sustainability

该建筑采用符合WELL与LEED金级认证标准的自遮阳式几何结构，夏季可有效降低获得的日照热量，冬季则有助于增加自然采光。同时，透水景观能通过基于自然的雨水处理机制，助力海绵城市的发展目标。

Targeting WELL and LEED Gold, the building’s self-shading geometry reduces heat in summer and increases daylight in winter, while permeable landscapes support China’s Sponge City initiative through natural stormwater management.

这座高高耸立的建筑通过一个优雅的螺旋结构从底层一直连至顶层，将这座大厦外部的不同元素统一起来，同时还由此为工作中的人们创造了更大的个人空间，开辟出非凡的景观视野，使其始终都能与自然及户外环境形成亲密联系。

The vivo tower spirals upward and features a striking, expansive glass exterior. The exterior is scored with an elegant spiral from the ground level to the top that unifies the different elements of the highrise. It is also designed with larger personal spaces, views for everyone and constant connection to nature and the outdoors.
