意咖多咖啡位于北京市朝阳区秀水东街1号，开在大使馆区的精品咖啡店，道路旁两侧树木环绕，更因为宜人的街道尺度造就了舒适的步行体验。相对隐私、安静的形态，让街道成为享受宁静在闹市区拥有一份宁静的场所，也可以专注品尝一杯好咖啡。

Located at No.1 Xiushui East Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing, Il Gatto Boutique Coffee Shop is based in the embassy district, surrounded by trees on both roadways, and the pleasant street scale creates a comfortable walking experience. The relatively private and quiet form makes the street a quiet place to enjoy peace and enjoy a good cup of coffee in the downtown area.

作为临街的店铺改造项目，对人与场所的和谐性为设计起点，我们希望咖啡厅不只是提供一个座位的固有空间，而是可以给人放松感，散发着城市特性的公共空间。

As a renovation project of shops facing the street, the design starting point is the harmony between people and places. We hope that the coffee shop will not only provide the inherent space for seats, but also give people a sense of relaxation and exude the urban characteristics.

外立面像一张明信片一样竖立在街角，我们想让走在街上的人，看到人群的交汇，闻到咖啡的香气，感受人与场所的空间互动感。

The facade stands on the street corner like a postcard. We want people walking on the street to see the intersection of crowd, smell the aroma of coffee and feel the sense of spatial interaction between people and places.

打通原始封闭隔墙，让空间形成开阔整体，同时开设天窗，让吧台成为室内视觉中心，人们围绕吧台可以观看制作咖啡和品尝咖啡，同时可享受到蓝天和阳光照射绿树的阴影变化，感受四季。

Open the original closed partition wall, so that the space can form an open whole, while setting a skylight for the bar as an indoor visual center. People can watch and taste coffee around the bar, enjoy the shadow changes of the blue sky and the sun shining on the green trees in the four seasons.

入口前场区地面下沉设计，这样可以让室外地面延申到室内，打破空间的水平和剖面的层次界限，同时下沉形成四边座位，这样可以让用餐者更加放松。

The ground subsidence design in the front yard of the entrance allows the outdoor ground to extend indoors, breaking the horizontal boundaries of space and section, and sinking to form a four-sided seat, which can make diners immerse in relaxed vibe at ease.
