来自设计师：该项目位于北京西单商圈，是中国工商银行北京首家智能银行，营业厅面积2000平方米，是目前国内最大的智能银行网点。

与传统银行网点不同，智能银行的大部分业务均可通过智能自助设备完成，实现了全天候自助和远程人工服务。

在最初去到项目场地时，实地有很多结构柱矗立其中，我们在设计时为考虑做一个全新开放式智能银行，所以直接利用现有的结构柱做智能银行的空间亮点，我们取中国工商银行牡丹卡中的牡丹花瓣为元素，用现代手法几何化再与结构柱结合，配合木饰面、亚克力等材质，同时规避智能机具的硕大体积，使顾客有一个区别于传统银行空间的全新体验和亲和感受。

智能银行是互联网时代银行发展的必然选择，北京西单智能银行正是工行改造传统服务，将互联网思维向线下移植的尝试。

form the designer: Located in Beijing’s Xidan business district with a business hall area of 2,000 square meters, it is the first ICBC smart bank in Beijing as well as the largest smart banking outlet in China.

Different from traditional bank branches, the smart bank features that the majority of its business can be completed through smart self-service equipment, achieving 24/7 self-services and remote
manual services.

When we first arrived at the project site, there were many structural columns on it. We were considering of establishing a brand new open smart bank, so that we used these structural columns as
the spatial highlights of the smart bank. We took the element of peony petal from ICBC Peony Card,and geometrized it with modern methods before combining it with the structural columns. Then we furnished it with wood finishes, acrylic and other materials, while avoiding the huge volume of intelligent machine, so as to bring a brand new and affinity customer experience different from the traditional banking space.

Smart bank is the inevitable choice of the development of bank in the Internet era. Beijing Xidan ICBC Smart Bank is a try of ICBC to transform traditional bank services and move Internet thinking offline.
