”Wafer” Series / MATSUSO T

深浅木条纹相互交错。核桃木与枫木的乐趣组合。像孩子熟悉的“Wafer”糖果系列。
虽然两张木材交替会带来技术上的难度，但是家具系列最终实现了了无痕迹的拼合，平整圆润的外观仿佛天生如此。恰到好处的比例与尺寸让人心仪。

The Wafer collection combines light and dark-coloured wood in stripes. The effect of the walnut and maple is both graphic and fun, like the familiar confectionery wafers you couldn’t stop eating as a kid. But it is also technically challenging to combine two types of wood. And, not least, to seamlessly morph round-section legs that meet flat planes. Finally, The stripe pattern has a different scale for each piece of the collection, fitting the size and geometry best.
