OFF SPACE 是什么？
What is OFF SPACE?

露营就像打造家，先考虑有无，其次追求性能，继而诞生美学需求，终极追求个性化。有一类在露营界持续玩耍20年+的玩家们在不断探索中累积了丰富的经验，甚至对品牌方的产品研发产生重要影响，这些便是这个时代的KOL（Key Opinion Leader）。与此同时，还有一类可爱的玩家，入坑时间也许不久，但在摸爬滚打一阵子后迅速成长，继而对品质、美学、个性化等产生强烈的需求，我们称之为“进阶玩家”。

Camping is like home building, first to have it, followed by the pursuit of performance, and then the birth of aesthetic needs, the ultimate is the pursuit of personalized. One kind of players who have been playing camping for more than 20 years have accumulated rich experience in continuous exploration, and even have an important influence on the product development of the brand side. These are the KOL (Key Opinion Leader) of this era. At the same time, there is a likable group of players who may have been in the game for a short while, but after a while have grown up and developed a strong need for quality, aesthetics, personalization, etc., which we call the “advanced player”.

以上述KOL为主导，从多年实践中甄选出美学与功能兼顾的高品质装备，分享并服务于进阶玩家 — 新晋诞生的“OFF SPACE”，便是这样一家高端小众户外集合店。

Guided by the above KOL, they select high-quality equipment with both aesthetics and functions from years of practice to share and serve these advanced players — the newly born “OFF SPACE” is such a high-end and niche outdoor collection store.

少即是多，用减法表达空间
less is more, express space with subtraction

OFF店铺面积170平米，整体呈L型，入口比较狭窄。之前的租客将内部分割为许多小空间，从而更显局促幽暗。OFF主打露营文化，推崇与自然的亲密接触，因此设计过程中除保留必要的梁柱外、尽量做减法，将多余的隔墙一一去除，将与户外相接的立面处理为玻璃折叠门，通透并可以打开，以此消除室内室外界限，自然融合。

The OFF store covers an area of 170 square meters and is L-shaped with a narrow entrance. The previous tenants divided the interior into many small spaces, making it more cramped and dark. OFF focuses on camping culture and advocates close contact with nature. Therefore, in the design process, in addition to retaining the necessary beams and columns, subtraction is made as far as possible to remove the redundant partition walls one by one, and the facade connected to the outdoors is treated as a glass folding door, which is transparent and can be opened, so as to eliminate the indoor and outdoor boundaries and integrate naturally.

功能上将店铺划分为商品售卖区与咖啡体验区，两片区域的中心安置有一个环岛吧台。在成为空间中心的同时，也可以最大程度为两个区域提供咨询与服务。环岛吧台的顶部以天幕做装饰，既呼应露营主题，也透出隐隐的环境光烘托氛围。

Functionally, the store is divided into commodity selling area and coffee area. In the center of the two areas, there is a bar around the island. While becoming a space center, it can also provide consultation and services to the two regions to the greatest extent. The top of the bar around the island is decorated with the canopy, which not only echoes the theme of camping, but also reveals the faint ambient light to set off the atmosphere.

与自然的亲密接触
Intimate contact with nature

OFF的西面原本是片荒废多年的水池，因疏于打理而颇为尴尬。OFF投入巨大的精力将其改造为绿地。打开折叠玻璃门，闲坐在露台上，放眼望去，在高楼林立的社区生活中有这样一片自由呼吸的绿地，心旷神怡。

To the west of OFF was a pool that had been neglected for years and was embarrassed by its neglect. OFF put huge effort into transforming it into green space. Open the folding glass doors, sit idly on the terrace, look out, it is refreshing to have such a free breathing green space in the crowded daily life.

露营是场自然界中的社群活动，OFF通过绿地的改造与共享，在有限的条件里尽可能为大家营造一片户外氛围，也是希望传递协作与共建的生活理念。

Camping is a community activity in nature. Through the transformation and sharing of green space, OFF tries to create an outdoor atmosphere for everyone in limited conditions, and also hopes to convey the concept of collaboration and co-construction.

故事丰富的玩家墙
Players’s wall with rich stories

OFF有面玩家墙，定期邀请有影响力的户外玩家来展示他们在露营中使用的私人物品。第一期是张健老师，第二期是三风老师。在他们的物品上会看到使用痕迹，会感受到鲜明的个人特点。比如张小山喜欢玩BC（bushcraft），他那期就以大地色系为主，展示有自己动手削制而成的树枝地钉、木柄煎锅、甚至是木工坊的锯子。三风老师喜欢玩音乐，他的玩家墙上便有许多鲜艳的色彩，像是跳动的音符。这些物品和装备伴随着主人走南闯北，浪迹天涯，每一件后面或许都是一个故事。

OFF has a player wall that regularly invites influential outdoor players to show off their personal belongings used during camping. The first issue is Mr. Zhang Jian (little Red book “Zhang Xiaoshan”), and the second issue is Mr. San feng (little red book “Three Winds”). You will see signs of use in their belongings and will feel distinct personal characteristics. For example, Zhang Xiaoshan likes to play BC (bushcraft). In his episode, earth color is the main color, showing many items cut by himself, like the ground nail made of branch, the frying pan with wooden handle, and even the saw of the wood workshop. San feng likes to play music, so you can find a lot of bright colors on his wall, like beating notes in music. These items and equipment accompany the owners to travel all over the world, each piece may have a story behind it.

洞洞板上做文章
The Peg Board

露营产品大到帐篷天幕，小到地钉勺子，多样性强，形式规格多变，货品上新速度快，需要一种灵活的陈列模式，OFF店里运用了木质洞洞板，并将此延伸为空间主元素与主色调。

Camping products, from the tent canopy to the ground nail spoon, have strong diversity, changeable form and specifications, fast speed on the new products, and need a flexible display mode. OFF store uses wooden peg board, and extends this as the main element and color of the space.

洞洞板的圆孔呈均匀密集的矩阵排列，另有金属钉、挂杆、拉手、木棍、层板等配件供选择，可以根据自己的需求搭配，并可以随意调节更换，颇有成年过家家的乐趣，也十分符合露营生活中的动手文化。

The round holes of the peg board are arranged in a uniform and dense matrix, and there are metal nails, hanging rods, handles, sticks, boards and other accessories to choose from. You can match according to your own needs and adjust and replace them at will. It is quite fun, like adults playing house, and also very in line with the hands-on culture of camping life.

源自内心热爱的OFF杯
The OFF cup – from your inner love

OFF发行了一款搪瓷杯，暖灰色，简单，印有OFF字样。很多玩家购买这款杯子后，都喜欢拍下使用场景而后分享到社交平台上，不知不觉中竟也累积了不少OFF杯的照片。它就像个吉祥物，成为一种生活方式的象征，成为连接不同人群的纽带。在家中，在户外，在飞行中，拿起OFF杯，记录下生命中的那一秒，真正发自内心的欢喜。OFF杯，亦茶亦酒亦咖啡，让大家在这个特殊的疫情年代更有认同感与归属感。

OFF released an enamel cup in warm grey, simple and printed with the word OFF. After buying this cup, many players like to take pictures of using it and then share them on social platforms, unconsciously accumulating a lot of OFF cup photos. It’s like a mascot, a symbol of a way of life, a link between different people. At home, in the outdoors, on the fly, pick up the OFF cup, record the life of that second, truly from the heart of joy. OFF cup, also tea, wine and coffee, let everyone in this special epidemic era more sense of identity and belonging.

地钉的妙用
The magical use of ground nails

地钉是露营生活中最常见的配件，搭帐篷搭天幕都离不开它。OFF店铺里有了关于它的各种奇思妙想，比如把手、挂衣钩、卷纸架、门插销等，一切皆有可能。

Ground nails are one of the most common accessories of camping life, and they are needed everywhere. OFF stores have all kinds of ideas about it, such as handles, clothing hooks, paper holders, door latches, anything is possible.

Live in the moment 及时行乐
Live in the moment to enjoy life

OFF代表放下，每当人们发出“OFF”这个音时，会不由自主地松一口气。以此为名，正是希望大家可以从日常的繁冗中抽身，放慢节奏，更多地关注美好享受生活。所以OFF选取了 “live in the moment， 活在当下及时行乐”作为自己的slogon。在OFF常常会遇上熟人，或者成为熟人，这里正在成为新据点，融入大家的生活。

OFF means to put down, every time when people make the sound “OFF”, they breathe an involuntary sigh of relief. In the name of this, it is hoped that everyone can withdraw from the daily complexity, slow down the pace, and focus more on enjoying the good life. So OFF chose “live in the moment, carpe diem” as her slogan. OFF is a place where people often meet or become acquaintances. It is becoming a new place and integrating into everyone’s life.
