项目背景
Background
机车文化在近年来有了爆发式的发展，摩托车的娱乐属性与文化属性正被越来越多的人所认知和喜爱，各种车型所代表的多种文化背景，正被不同人群选择作为其个性的代表。
In recent years, motorcycle culture has experienced explosive growth, with the recreational and cultural attributes of motorcycles being recognized and loved by an increasing number of people. The diverse cultural backgrounds represented by various motorcycle models are being selected by different groups as symbols of their individuality.

机车俱乐部选址于与社区相邻的体育公园用房中，周边有良好的绿化环境，公园繁茂的树木，清新的空气；临街有休闲放松的社区商业与活力四射的运动人群。本项目强调以机车文化为锚点的跨界交融，提供机车文化的交流空间，相关的改装配件、周边产品的展示空间，同时开放的咖啡业态为周边社区提供高品质的休憩与社交场所。
The motorcycle club is located in a sports park adjacent to a residential community, surrounded by lush greenery, thriving trees, and fresh air. Along the street, there are leisurely and relaxing community retails as well as energetic sports enthusiasts. This project emphasizes cross-border integration anchored in motorcycle culture, providing a space for motorcycle culture exchange, exhibition areas for related customized accessories and peripheral products. Additionally, the open cafe space offers a high-quality place for resting and socializing to the surrounding community.

设计理念
Design Concept
本项目设计理念源自于机车文化中具有表带性的两面：既有像cafe racer, bobber, tracker，hyperbike等车型，表达对竞技的速度追求，极简而直接的一面；也有像classic, brat-style, chopper, scrambler等车型，着重表达文化与艺术、优雅与社交的一面。我们将通过空间设计展示机车文化的多面性，同时融合多元功能属性的需求，将机车文化带入社区日常的视野。

The design concept of this project stems from the two representative facets of motorcycle culture: on one hand, there are models like cafe racer, bobber, tracker, and hyperbike, which embody the pursuit of racing speed, showcasing a minimalist and straightforward aspect; on the other hand, there are models such as classic, brat-style, chopper, and scrambler, which emphasize culture and art, elegance, and social interaction. Through spatial design, we aim to showcase the multifaceted nature of motorcycle culture while integrating diverse functional needs, bringing motorcycle culture into the daily life and vision of the community.

我们选择了两类主要材料——粗粝的抛光现浇混凝土和木纹浇筑板，奠定工业机械的基调；定制的金属绿质感漆，代表华丽与精致的机车装饰——作为文化的两面性的表达。
We have selected two main materials: polished concrete and wood-grain concrete panels—to establish an industrial and mechanical tone. Customized metal green textured paint, representing the ornate and exquisite decorations of motorcycles, serves as an expression of the dual nature of the culture.

场地改造
Site transformation
原建筑主入口并没有正对进入的道路，这对商业展示非常不利。我们将道路一侧的花坛改造为外摆，并设计了LOGO灯柱，在限定空间的同时使商业氛围前置，大幅度向主要道路方向靠近；外摆区与室内通过改造的侧门形成行为和视线上的连接。虽然在主要道路无法直接看到空间正面的入口，却依然能醒目的看到商业品牌视觉系统并感受到营业氛围。

The main entrance of the original building did not directly face the access road, which was highly disadvantageous for commercial display. To address this, we transformed the flower bed on one side of the road into an outdoor display area and designed a logo lamp post. This not only delimits the space but also brings the commercial atmosphere forward, significantly drawing closer to the main road. The outdoor display area connects with the interior through a modified side door, creating a behavioral and visual link. Although the main entrance of the space cannot be directly seen from the main road, the commercial brand’s visual system remains prominently visible, and the business atmosphere can be felt.

我们在室外环境与外立面上克制的只用了黑色与灰色，意在强调“工业”与“松弛”两个主题。既能从周边相对杂乱的环境剥离出来形成一处舒适休闲的外摆氛围；同时引导来访者获得进入店铺之前的心理提示，为即将展开的空间做铺垫。
Only black and gray materials are used in the outdoor environment and exterior facade, intending to emphasize the atmosphere of “industrial” and “relaxed.” This not only allows the space to stand out from the relatively cluttered surrounding environment, creating a comfortable and leisurely outdoor atmosphere, but also guides visitors to receive psychological cues before entering the store, paving the way for the upcoming spatial experience.

室内空间——咖啡区
Indoor space-Cafe
入口处映入眼帘的是由几何形体限定的清晰的整体空间关系，我们用建筑的语言表达了“结构感”和“力量感”，这也是机车本身的整体结构给人的深刻印象。最大化的利用建筑空间的层高和本身的结构，对于原有空间毫不遮掩的“暴露”，与机车的改装理念中“解构”、“拆解”的动作相呼应。
At the entrance, a clear spatial relationship defined by geometric forms are shown directly. We have used architectural language to express the power of structure, which are also deep impressions conveyed by the structure of motorcycle’s frame. By maximizing the use of the building’s height and inherent structure, and by “exposing” the original space without concealment, we echo the actions of “deconstruction” and “disassembly” in the concept of motorcycle modification.

整个室内空间被分为前区和后区两大板块，建筑原始结构在前后区有不同的层高，不同的采光环境，我们顺应此基础条件将更公共、开放的咖啡功能放在前区，把更强调展示性的机车配件区，需要一定私密性的聚谈区等功能放在后区。在咖啡区更多使用现代感强的抛光混凝土和浅灰色的木纹浇筑板，搭配暖光，更加公共、开放、平易近人，利于商业活动的展开。
The entire indoor space is divided into two main areas: the front area and the back area. The original structure of the building has different heights and lighting conditions in these two areas. Based on these conditions, the more public and opened cafe space are placed in the front area, while locating the motorcycle parts display area, which requires a certain degree of privacy, and the conversation area in the back area. In the cafe area, we have used more modern polished concrete and light gray wood-grain concrete panels, paired with warm lighting, to create a more public, open, and approachable atmosphere conducive to commercial activities.

凝练的形体在空间中起到聚焦重点，引导视线和流线，以及改变空间轴线的重要作用。原有空间的前后部分有着不同的轴线方向，通过梯形吧台的设计，在面向入口欢迎与展示的同时，也将空间直接向后区的机车配件展示区引导。中部的L型机车主展台顺应了整个后部的空间方向，化解了空间中间的结构柱，连接前后空间，形成整个空间的核心。
The concise forms in the space play a crucial role in focusing attention, guiding sightlines and movement, and altering the spatial axis. The front and back parts of the original space have different axial directions. Through the design of a trapezoidal bar counter, which welcomes and displays towards the entrance, it also directly guides the space towards the motorcycle accessory display area in the back area. The central L-shaped motorcycle main display stand aligns with the overall spatial direction of the back area, resolves the structural pillar in the middle of the space, connects the front and back areas, and forms the core of the entire space.

吧台正对面是一个小型舞台，机车、咖啡再加上音乐，使空间的内核更加丰富，同时也化解了转角空间。
A small stage is located facing the café bar counter, where motorcycles, coffee, and music enrich the core content of the space, while also resolving the corner space.

后场空间层高比前场更加低矮，设计用L机车展台和结构柱造型的结合，巧妙的将强调空间高度的竖向语言转换为横向语言，并用解构、穿插的形体设计将不同的空间功能板块有机的串联起来。后场增加了定制的金属绿质感漆的比重，空间质感变得安静而高级，沉浸在工业感叠加华丽复古的奇妙氛围中。
The back area has a lower ceiling height compared to the front area. The design cleverly converts the vertical language emphasizing space height into horizontal language through the combination of the L-shaped motorcycle display stand and structural column shaping. Additionally, the use of deconstructed and interwoven forms organically connects different spatial functional areas. The back area has increased the proportion of customized metal green textured paint, making the spatial texture quiet and sophisticated, immersing visitors in a wonderful atmosphere that combines industrial aesthetics with “glamorous vintage charm”.

在机车展台左右两边，用天花穿插的连续形体造型展开了两个不同的功能空间，一边是靠近吧台，可容纳8人的讨论长桌，适用于举办聚会聚谈等活动。另一边是私密性更强的会客区，可供几个亲密的朋友相聚于此探讨机车与骑行的无限乐趣。
On the left and right sides of the motorcycle display stand, continuous ceiling forms create two distinct functional spaces. One side, near the bar counter, features a long discussion desk for eight people, suitable for hosting gatherings and conversations. The other side is a more private meeting area, where a few close friends can gather to discuss the endless joys of motorcycles and riding.

在会客区，浅灰色木纹浇筑板与抛光混凝土地面都淡出不见，大面积的金属绿质感漆肌理作为底色，黑色墙面与黑色拼花地面带来沉静的氛围，落地窗将户外郁郁葱葱的树木引入室内，将会客区包围起来，打造出一方幽静的密林角落。在此，从公共的社区环境过渡到私人的隐秘空间，整个项目完成了属于它的华丽蜕变。
In the meeting area, the light gray wood-grain concrete panels and polished concrete floor are fading out, with a large area of metal green textured paint serving as the base. The black walls and black patterned tiles floor create a serene atmosphere. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring the lush outdoor trees indoors, enclosing the meeting area and creating a secluded, tranquil corner reminiscent of a dense forest. Here, the transition from the public community environment to a private, intimate space marks the completion of a glamorous transformation for the entire space.
