浮游动物是一种无脊椎的自由生物，龙虾便是其中之一，“浮动物”的慨念来自店主Eden喜好的一个设计师品牌服装，寓意为一群脱离浮躁生活的人。在英国伦敦留学的她最热爱的美食就是当地餐厅的龙虾卷，回国后，便将这异国美食带回了北半球的暖温带地区——大连。

Zooplankton is a kind of free invertebrate. Lobster is such a zooplankter. The concept of zooplankton originated from a designer brand of clothing which the restaurant owner Eden likes. The name implies a group of people who get rid of restless life. During her overseas study in London, Britain, the food she loved most was Lobster Roll in local restaurants. After back to China, she brought this delicious food from the foreign country to her hometown Dalian, which is in the warm temperate zone of the northern hemisphere.

餐厅选用加拿大进口波斯顿龙虾。
The restaurant selects Boston lobsters imported from Canada.

选址在靠近海边的凯丹广场，海边城市的潮湿气候让我们摒弃了传统木地板，地面选用了木纹砖混合大理石拼接方式，两种不同材质和纹理的衔接与过渡使空间即有趣又丰富起来。

The restaurant is located at Kardan Galleria, which is near the sea. Taking the humid climate of seaside city into consideration, we abandon conventional wood floor, but adopt a mixed flooring material that combines wood grain bricks and marbles. The connection and transition between these two materials and their textures make the space interesting and lively.

90平米的空间大面积使用了“浅海绿”，搭配丹麦的Normann餐椅，仿佛坐在海边享受握在手中的美味。

The color “shallow sea green” is adopted for a large area of the restaurant which is 90 m2. In addition, Normann dining chairs made in Denmark are also provided, making customers enjoy their foods just like at the seaside.
