项目坐落于长沙 • 湘江临岸的一个绿丘之上,旁边是几百年的古香樟。从江边看过来的绿丘 自然而充满生气,而从绿丘看到的湘江亦是绝美的。
在看到宗地的第一眼,设计师便有了意向 :一个简洁的盒子凌于绿丘之上,若隐若现。

ChangSha Vanke Club is situated by the side of thousand-year-old Champhorwoods at the edge of XiangJiang, the local tributary of the Yangtze river. Our main objective of this project lies in how to capture this mesmerizing scenery. We concluded with a clean box looming atop the green hill by XiangJiang, gleaming at night to guide the walker-by.

一进入这售楼中心,湘江的景色一览无遗的尽收访客眼帘。访客从入口能看到室内高 11 米的中庭,自然光通过大型玻璃幕墙照进地下的展示空间。

Entering the marketing center, visitors are greeted with an unobstructed view of XiangJiang. Descending through the 11m-high atrium, sunlight floods through the glass curtain wall into the lower ground showrooms.

与其他售楼处不同的是,售楼中心充分 的展现给未来买家一个真实的,连接周边自然和景色的生活概念。

Unlike conventional showrooms, they do not only provide the layout of the interior, but also views to the river and courtyard, just like the actual units, giving the buyers a complete picture of what they are purchasing: a living space that is connected to its surroundings.
