Felice Varini是一位瑞士艺术家，热衷于将自己创造的图案贴附在世界建筑遗产上。在这个项目中，他将铝箔材质的圆环图案贴在了法国第二著名旅游胜地Carcassonne城堡的石质表面上，黄色的同心圆环呈现出一种使人眩晕的效果。他将这一现代艺术与历史建筑相互结合，希望给予老旧的城堡一种全新的形象。这些圆圈如同波浪一般在整个空间中慢慢展现，而在碰到城堡的塔楼或防御工事的帷幕墙后断开，到下一点又重新组合。

Felice Varini who is a Swiss artist putting his own pattern on the world heritage site glued dizzying rings made of thin aluminium strips across the historic stones of Carcassonne Castle – France’s second-most famous tourist site .The contemporary art in the area is believed to promote the old site’s new look. The fifteen circles like waves were spreading in the space ,sometimes they were broken by on the some points like the towers and curtain walls of the fortifications ,and then these pieces were reassembled on the next point.

设计师试图运用这些巨大的图案带给游人一种独特的美学视觉体验。当人们开始游览城堡时，他们将感受到这些黄色巨环从城堡的Aude入口处逐渐展开。这些图案所营造的视觉效果，也吸引着游人更加深入地探索整个城堡。

Felice Varini tried to use these vast patterns to provide unique visual experience for people.During the tour of the castle ,people would notice these yellow circles gradually spread from Porte d’Aude. Such experience also attracts them to explore more about the heritage.
