The series of brushes “Canot” is used daily in the kitchen to scrape, scrub and clean fruits and vegetables. They evoke grandmother’s brushes often discrete but always faithful on hand between soap and drainer. From the abrasivest to the softest, the hardness of their fibers fits to the firmness of the vegetables. The cutting boards complement this collection of simples, practices and sustainable products.
