设计以木质的香气为主题，用切割成截面为105 毫米×105 毫米的日本柏木木材拼装成树的形状，并将其装入玻璃盒中。玻璃盒中充满了木质的香气，创造了一个可以在整个设施内体验木质香氛的空间。

An overall shape that looks like a tree was assembled using small section pieces (105mm×105mm) of Japanese cypress based on the theme of the aroma of wood, and enclosing it inside a glass box. This glass box is filled with the aroma of wood, creating space where you can experience the fragrance throughout the facility.

建筑的主要结构为钢结构体系，但钢材的尺寸都被缩小，使其接近木构件的小截面，试图与木质颗粒的独特细腻感融为一体。

The main structure consists of a steel frame, but the dimensions of the steel members were reduced so that they were close to the small sections of the wood members in an attempt to blend in with the unique delicate feeling of particles.

露台的结构就像一个平衡玩具，从露台可以俯瞰 Jingumae 森林的全景。

The terrace with a structure like a balancing toy has an open panoramic view of the Jingumae woods.

设计过程中的其中一个重点是将小木构件组合在一起，创造一个轮廓模糊的结构，类似于工艺美术项目，与丹下健三设计的代代木国立体育馆形成鲜明对比。

One of the focal points of the design process consisted of combining small wood particles to create a structure with an ambiguous profile similar to an arts and craft project in contrast to the Yoyogi National Gymnasium designed by Kenzo Tange which can been seen across the railway tracks.
