在神的面颊上，我们仍只是一滴永恒的泪。从放逐到漂泊，废墟里温驯的梦。在隐秘而灰暗的居所，像一副旧时的版画它只活在我心中，我偶尔回到那里坐下，忘掉阴郁的日子和连绵的雨。

We are still but an eternal tear on God’s cheek. From exiled to drifting, dream in ruins. In the secret, grey dwelling, like an old print it lives only in my mind, and I return occasionally to sit down and forget the dark days and the incessant rain.

在闹市中心建造这样一个小小居所，是有趣的、亦是危险的。城市如同庞大的宫殿，没有任何一个地方是留给私密感的。返归到原始意象之中，小小的落脚处、小巢、小窝或是小角落。一间单纯的茅屋，这种人文建筑之中最简单的形式，可能恰恰是我们最深切的遥远的怀念。

It is interesting and dangerous to build such a small dwelling in the middle of a busy city. The city is like a huge palace, no place is left for the sense of privacy. Return to the original image, the little perch, the nest or the corner. A simple hut, the simplest form of human architecture, may be our deepest distant memory.

家屋透过窗口的灯火张望着我们，而我们呢，在孤寂的无措的远方，是否也在张望着那个曾经的或者说永远的来处？

The house looked at us through the light of the window, and we, in the lonely and helpless distance, are also looking at the once or forever come?

即使建造形式已经在“约定俗成”中被认识、被感知、被塑造，在内部光线照亮以前建筑它只不过是物质的单纯对象。而光线、木与金属材质在此将会开创形式。

Even though the form of construction has been recognized, perceived and shaped in the “convention”, the building is nothing more than a simple object of matter before the internal light illuminates it. Light, wood and metal will create form here.

家宅、古厝、鸟巢与那时明时暗的缩影，跟随着空间来访者进入，这些或大或小的空间维度是返身隐匿之所，是孤独、热情、沉默、广阔的栖身之地。

The family house, ancient house, bird’s nest and the epitome of brightness and darkness follow the visitors into the space. These big or small space dimensions are the hiding place of return, and the place of solitude, passion, silence and broad abode.
