本案是All Design Studio（简称为“ADS”）为国内先锋买手品牌the bálancing设计的上海港汇恒隆广场店。既有的空间格局复杂且不规则，ADS选择以“平衡动态”抵消空间带来的错乱，立于上海最繁华热闹的高奢阵地——恒隆广场。

This project is a retail premise designed by All Design Studio (“ADS”) for the bálancing, a pioneer fashion boutique brand in China. Located in Shanghai’s landmark luxury mall, Grand Gateway 66, the original site was complex and irregular in the plane. Thus, ADS decided to counteract the chaos of the existing space with a “balanced dynamic”.

the bálancing作为生活美学的构建者，致力于奢华精致与低调内敛的平衡见解，其品牌个性在动感均衡的空间中得以发挥极致，为每位生活美学家打造了一处舒适自洽的时尚美学场所。

As a creator of lifestyle aesthetics, the bálancing is dedicated to the balance of luxury and a low profile. Its brand identity is maximized in the dynamic yet harmonious space, creating a comfortable place of fashion aesthetics for every lifestyle aesthetician.

空间的再平衡
Space: Rebalancing

ADS对品牌过往门店的设计特点进行分析，the bálancing的平衡感体现于人在空间中对环境舒适度的感知。而当ADS着手打造全新空间时，面临的是多个三角形、半弧形、梯形等不规则形状散落于这个占地372㎡的无秩空间。

基于品牌的平衡美学和现有的空间属性，ADS设计团队受抽象主义先驱瓦西里·康定斯基的结构主义启发，从三维空间的立体感中抽离，回归于二维之道，在不平衡中重构空间的再平衡。

ADS analyzed the design characteristics of the brand’s previous stores and found that a sense of balance is reflected in users’ perception of the comfortable environment. When ADS set out to conceive the new space, the team was faced with a variety of irregular shapes such as triangle, semicircle and trapezoid scattered throughout the 372㎡disorderly space.

Based on the brand’s aesthetics of balance and the characteristics of the site, ADS drew inspiration from the constructivism of Wassily Kandinsky, a pioneer of abstract art. The design team moved away from the three-dimensional sense of space and returned to the two-dimensional way, to reconstruct the balance of space in the imbalance.

设计团队对康定斯基的构成主义理念加以转换，点、线、面跃然于空间之内，赋予几何以三维空间的意义。无论是三角形状的橱窗展示区、陈列中岛台、三段式收银柜台，或是圆弧形呈现的网格天花，各个几何元素看似无序混乱，却彼此制约，致使流线与功能趋于合理，让空间形成内在统一的秩序之感。

The design team transformed Kandinsky’s constructivist concept. The points, lines, and planes leap into space, giving geometry a three-dimensional expression. Whether it is the triangular window display area, the central display island, the three-part cashier counter, or the circular grid ceiling, these geometric elements may seem disorderly and chaotic, but in fact restrain each other, displaying rational functionality while giving the space a sense of inner unity and order.

色彩的再跳跃
Colors: Vibrant

每一抹鲜明的色彩，都是活跃的内在张力。

极简银灰色成为空间主基调，在冷光的投射下散发出金属质感的细腻肌理，大面积的灰度“留白”让产品成为空间的主角。设计团队提炼品牌VI颜色进行搭配重组，以找寻色彩在空间中的微妙情感。LED银屏以线性的姿态横穿于空间之内，为其带来了一些鲜明亮丽的色彩。个性的亮色和简约的灰色催化出既反差又共融的关系，让空间氛围有了跳跃般的活力。

Every vivid color is an active internal tension.

Minimalist silver gray sets the tone of the space. Under the cool light, the delicate metallic texture shines. The large area of “blank surfaces” makes the products the protagonist of the space. The design team extracted the brand’s VI colors and reorganized them to bring out the subtle emotions of the space. The linear LED silver screen hangs across the space, bringing vivid colors. Consequently, a relationship of both contrast and harmony is born between the bright colors and the simple gray tone, giving the space a bouncing vitality.

装置的再构造
Installation: Reconstruction

the bálancing的平衡感，不仅限于此，还有空间的内在形态。一个不断变化中的线团幻化而出，成为空间入口的一道视觉亮点，如时空中永恒流动的能量体，以表达在运动中寻找平衡的概念。网格状钩织交错的圆形天花，亦彰显着品牌调性。

The balance of the brand is also shown in the internal form of the space. An ever-changing mass of threads forms a visual highlight at the entrance, which like an eternal flow of energy in space and time, expresses the concept of finding balance in movement. The grid-like crocheted circular ceiling also emphasizes the brand’s identity.

几何的再演绎
Geometry: Reinterpretation

进入the bálancing平衡美学空间，从一个由钝角三角形构成的橱窗空间开始。橱窗的展示台透露出金属质感，与手工织补制成的艺术装置产生对话，共同引发前来者的真实感受。来自自然气息的浅绿办公桌呈现着起伏的运动状态，是形态的静止，也是情绪的流动。

This brand store featuring a balancing aesthetic begins with a show window space composed of an obtuse triangle. The window display stand reveals a metallic texture, which dialogues with the hand-woven art installation, together arousing deep feelings in the customers. The naturalistic light green desk presents an undulating state of movement, a stillness of form and a flow of emotion.

入口的初空间以一个金属光泽的体块创造空间的多元转换，改变流线和格局的序列感，其结构可实现180°水平自由移动、旋转，犹如平衡器上摇摆不定的指针。隔而不绝，层层递进，步入便有结构主义带来的层次与意境。

The initial space at the entrance is a metal block that creates a multifaceted transformation of the space, changing the sequence of circulation and pattern. The structure can be freely moved and rotated 180° horizontally, like a pointer on a balancing machine. The space is separated yet not isolated, progressive, and accentuated by a mood of constructivism.

一个巨型三角形植入空间中央，兼并功能与美学的陈列中岛台用于展示时装配饰及鞋包，自然分流步向四周的折叠首饰柜及其他空间的室内动线。与之相对的是一处锐角三角形空间，于此设立了三段式柜台，线性的切割赋予其不同的功能——打包衣物、收银服务、放置物品，充分利用了每一处可用的空间，最大化满足在极限的布局里各功能区域的需求。金属质地的台灯灵感源于包豪斯时期的设计风格，柔和的乳白色光线向四周漫射开来。

A giant triangle is inserted in the center of the space, acting as a functional and aesthetic island for displaying accessories, shoes and bags. Moreover, it naturally diverts the flow of customers to the surrounding folding jewelry cabinets and other areas. In the opposite, an acute triangular space is set up with a three-level counter, whose linear cuts give it different functions – garment packing, cashier service and storage – making full use of every available space and maximizing the needs of each functional area. The metallic table lamps are inspired by the Bauhaus style, with soft creamy white light diffused in all directions.

巨型三角形的另一侧，以圆形落座区、几何金属镜面、透明亚克力展架以及试衣间界定此处的动线，这里放置了弧线形沙发，可作休息等待。仓库区处于试衣间的一道隐藏门之后，这里的基调统一于整面灰色肌理的墙体，尽管不为客人所见，却依旧为空间带来一丝简洁的形式感。

On the other side of the giant triangle, a circular seating area, geometric metal mirrors, transparent acrylic display shelves and fitting rooms guide the circulation, with curved sofas for resting. The storage area is located behind a hidden door in the fitting room. And its tone is unified by the gray texture of the wall, which, though invisible to the customers, brings a sense of simplicity and formality to the space.

顺入巨型三角形的后方，圆弧形的墙面提升了空间多变性，与巨型三角形的利落形成对比，可移动把手为时时更换的品牌LOGO提供了便利。顶部的弧形光影亦沿着墙体自然下落，追随至阶梯形的陈列装置，其色调与空间入口处的浅绿办公桌相呼应。看似隐秘的后方空间，打造了一种视觉上的流动之效。

Behind the giant triangle, the rounded wall adds to the versatility of the space by contrasting with the sharpness of the giant triangle, while the removable handles provide a convenient way to change the brand logo from time to time. The curved light at the top falls naturally along the wall, all the way to the ladder-shaped installation whose hue echoes the bright green desk at the entrance. The seemingly secluded back area indeed creates a visual flow.

三角形、圆弧形、梯形等几何形体的巧妙混合，线性的银灰成衣架环绕整个空间，通过非对称结构的有机设计，将几何形体交错融入空间的每一个转折处。在原有的无序中打乱重组，建立新的空间秩序。

生活美学家，由此进入the bálancing。在这里，行走、发现、触摸、感知，探索独属于自己的平衡态度，抒写一段全新的平衡序曲。

The store features a subtle mix of triangular, circular and trapezoidal shapes, with linear silver gray clothing racks surrounding the entire space. Through the organic design of the asymmetrical structure, the geometric forms are woven into every corner of the space. The original disorder is reorganized to create a new order of space.

Here, the bálancing invites lifestyle aestheticians to enter this brand space, where they walk, discover, touch and feel, explore their own attitude of balance and write a new prelude of balance.
