当花器的漂流还在继续，香插的探险业已经踏上行程。以Gennn的一片屋顶为灵感来源，当建筑的某一元素被赋予容器的属性，似乎也多了更多可能性…想象香插拥有自己的生命，它经历了外在对自我的探索，最终回归到自我觉察内部秩序逻辑和外部认知的统一。

While the drifting of vase continues, the adventure of incense holder has embarked on a journey. Taking a piece of the Gennn restaurant as a source of inspiration, when an element of the building is given the attribute of a container, it seems that there are more possibilities … Imagine the incense holder has its own life, it has experienced the external exploration of self, and finally returned to the unity of internal order logic and external cognition of self-awareness.

第一次见到香插的样子，蜿蜿蜒蜒像河流，像是一个在空间中流动的物体，翻过来看又像是一个屋顶，真实有趣又好玩儿。

期待更多这样的建筑学容器融入到我们的日常生活中哈哈哈。

The first time I saw the incense holder, it was winding like a river, like an object flowing in the space, and turned to look like a roof, it was really interesting and fun.

时间也像空间，无数个确定的二十四小时叠加延伸，有人搭建阶梯，有人建造迷宫，最终不过是在这种确定里探索精神的不确定性。

两次进炉，三次打磨，

历时一年，一切都是最好的等待。

城市建筑和人的关系，存在着许多不确定因素，许多的可能性，体现建筑师具有人性化的思考。香插显而易见的功能，被点燃的香撒放出烟雾。

思绪随之遁入无形之中，一切不可捉摸。

There are many uncertainties and many possibilities in the relationship between urban architecture and people, which reflects the humanized thinking of architects. The obvious function of incense sticks, the lighted incense spews out smoke.

Thoughts then escape into the invisible, everything is unpredictable.

Samoon寄来香插，我不假思索地用起来，点了一会儿。

我疑惑地问她，插香的地方是镂空的？！

她说：你把香插翻过来看看，看看像不像个屋顶呐。

翻过来的那一刻，天呐，真想也进入到设计师古灵精怪的脑袋里看看啊。

Samoon sent incense holder, I used them without thinking, and clicked for a while.

I asked her questioningly,the place where hold the incense is inserted? !

She said: Turn over and see if it looks like a roof.

The moment I turned it over, God, I really wanted to get into the designer’s quirky head.

香插给我感觉本身就是不确定的。它的造型像一片香云，正放反放都可以。

但是呢，当香被点起来的时候，香云变成了不确定的物。香插这个时候反而变得确定，像一个固定的承托香云的物。

The incense holder to me feels uncertain itself. Its shape is like a fragrant cloud.

However, when the incense was lit,“the fragrant cloud” became an uncertain thing. At this time, The incense holder became definite, like a fixed thing supporting “the fragrant cloud”.

建筑学容器
The Architecture container

香插是一个倒置的屋顶，它是我们以建筑学方式呈现的一家餐厅空间屋顶。建筑——室内——产品在完全不同的尺度中共享了同一种审美范式，而屋顶成为其中最重要的类比物。经过不断的材质实验，我们最终选定了高白泥素瓷。实验香插材质和选择建筑材料的过程很相似，都依赖于我们碰到它第一下的触感。材料静默，但有温度。

The incense holder is an inverted roof, which is of a restaurant space that we present in an architectural way. Architecture，interior，products share the same aesthetic paradigm in completely different scales, and the roof becomes the most important analogy among them. After continuous material experiments, we finally selected high white clay bisque. The process of experimenting of incense holder materials and the selection of building materials is very similar, both of which depend on the first touch we encounter. The material is silent, but there is temperature.

Translation

建筑学需要美的回归，需要这些手边玩物，不然它永远会正襟危坐再很高很远的地方，如临大敌。这是慕蓉和李智创立建筑学容器计划的初衷——将Mur Mur Lab实践中的空间转译成这些日常的容器。

我们用建筑学容器拓展建筑的边界，用建筑学思维思考日常生活。“建筑学”终将走向大众。

Architecture needs the return of beauty and these playthings on hand, otherwise it will always sit in a very high and far place, like an enemy. This is the original intention of Samoon and Lee to create an architecture container project to translate the spaces in Mur Mur Lab’s practice into these daily containers.

We use architectural containers to expand the boundaries of architecture, and use architectural thinking to think about daily life. “Architecture” will eventually get in to the public.
