有人说：“如果说一座城市不断创造的未来如高光，那么她不住回头凝望的记忆则似阴影。”由高光和阴影和阴影构成的城市画面生动而独一无二。每天不一样的江城，水路交错有两江、星罗棋布有百湖。这座城的“国际化和在地性“确实自带一种水的灵性。

Some say, “If the future a city continually creates is like highlights, then the memories it doesn’t constantly look back at are like shadows.” The cityscape formed by highlights and shadows is vivid and unique. The ever-changing city of Jiangcheng, with its intersecting waterways of the two rivers and numerous lakes, possesses a certain spiritual quality related to water, combining internationalization and locality.

五觉
Five Senses

上荔晶餐厅则是创始人围绕这座城的“国际化和在地性”带来一次饮食文化五觉实践。最重要的味觉部分的创作以百湖水产为食材，搭配集团二十余年的湖北本帮菜根基进行菜品研发。以“食必求鲜”为在地性，以“然后致美”为国际化打磨产品和服务。

Shang li jing Restaurant is a culinary exploration initiated by its founders around the themes of the city’s “internationalization and locality.” The creative process for the most critical sense, taste, involves using seafood from a myriad of lakes, combined with over two decades of foundational local Hubei cuisine for dish development. Grounded in the local context with a focus on “seeking freshness in food” and internationalization emphasizing “then achieving beauty,” the products and services are meticulously crafted.

空间的创作，视觉方面朗荷STUDIO团队以水的起伏节奏为主线，提炼、解构、重组、赋能，从外立面的千层浪到用餐空间的三叠水式的顶部处理，甚至到瀑布式门牌导视。都是以期唤醒人们身处这座城关于水文化的在地记忆和感受的方方面面。

In terms of spatial design, visually, the Langhe Studio team takes the undulating rhythm of water as the main theme, refining, deconstructing, recomposing, and empowering, from the facade’s layered waves to the tri-fold water-themed top treatment in the dining space, and even to the waterfall-style doorplate signage. All these elements aim to awaken people’s local memories and feelings about water culture in this city.

听觉方面设计师从入口灰空间水景的潺潺叠水、包房中庭的无界限水池溢下之水、背景音乐“山河水”来混响听觉的节奏。嗅觉则选择“湖边的水草”这自然之味为香氛。触觉方面则循自然之道：天然石粉、胡桃木、皮革、磨石。

For the sense of hearing, the designers incorporate the rhythm of murmuring water from the entrance’s gray space water feature, the limitless water overflowing in the private dining atrium, and the background music “Mountains, Rivers, and Water” to resonate with the auditory senses. For smell, the choice is the natural scent of “water grass by the lake.” Regarding touch, the design follows the path of nature: natural stone powder, walnut wood, leather, and terrazzo.

色彩
Color

空间六面统一的绛红，在幽暖的灯光渲染下，呈现出一种迷人的酒红色，如身处砂岩洞穴的包围感，让人心神安宁、精神高贵。它既是浪漫的，也是让人记忆深刻的。干净而又丰富，让饮食和社交在具有想象力的空间中展开。

The unified crimson on all six sides of the space, under the warm light rendering, presents a charming wine red, creating a sense of being surrounded as if in a sandstone cave, bringing peace and nobility to the mind. It is both romantic and memorable, clean yet rich, allowing dining and socializing to unfold in an imaginative space.

功能
Function

餐厅1000平米展示和用餐空间，设15间包间11个散台，以及展示区设有海鲜河鲜水池、烤鸭明档、前菜明档、品茶区、恒温酒柜，新鲜看得见，所见即所得。设计团队让主动线的热烈、安宁、私密互不干扰，人的流速与空间的气质也能在可控范围内，得以平衡。

The restaurant features 1000 square meters of display and dining space, with 15 private rooms, 11 scattered tables, and a display area with seafood and river fish ponds, a roast duck station, appetizer stations, a tea-tasting area, and a temperature-controlled wine cabinet—where freshness is visible. The design team ensures that the main circulation lines are lively, tranquil, and private, without interfering with each other. The flow of people and the ambiance of the space can be balanced within a controllable range.

上荔晶的空间设计，设计团队用暗喻、抽象和艺术的设计思维，梳理了空间关系，营建了适合当代社交的消费场景。

The spatial design of shang li jing, using metaphor, abstraction, and artistic design thinking, organizes spatial relationships and creates a consumption scene suitable for contemporary socializing.
