项目为RE·FOLD有擀面包贵阳首店，坐落于贵阳城市核心购物中心万象城内，场地沿街能同时承接商场内场流动客群与户外临街客流，因此我们设计了内外两种门头展示品牌和吸引人流，同时希望利用空间的合理设计将购买烘焙产品的过程打造成兼顾产品展示、沉浸体验与轻社交休憩的复合型城市烘焙消费场景，打破传统烘焙门店单一的售卖属性，让快速选购、工艺观赏、休闲停留三种行为和谐共生，在有限的商业尺度内，实现品牌价值。

This project marks the first RE·FOLD bakery in Guiyang, located in MixC Shopping Mall, the city’s core shopping mall. The site enjoys street frontage and receives foot traffic both from inside the mall and the street outside. Accordingly, we designed two separate facades – one facing the mall interior and one facing outdoors – to showcase the brand and attract passers-by. Through thoughtful spatial arrangement, we aim to transform the simple act of purchasing baked goods into a composite urban bakery experience that integrates product display, immersive process viewing and casual social relaxation. Moving beyond the purely transactional nature of traditional bakeries, the space accommodates three modes of behaviour: quick takeaway purchases, observation of craft production, and lingering leisure. Within the constrained commercial footprint, the design fully delivers the brand’s core value.

为摆脱烘焙空间的同质化，设计上采用了在烘焙类品牌色调中少见使用的冷色：丹宁蓝，与原生木色搭配成品牌专属的材质色彩系统。浅暖原木作为空间基底，呼应谷物、手作的自然属性，赋予空间烘焙业态特有的温润烟火气质；低饱和丹宁蓝作为主题强调色，贯穿墙面、柜体、立面线条，以复古工装质感平衡原木的柔和，让空间整体调性统一，又形成强烈的视觉记忆点。同时项目实现空间VI全系统一体化，将丹宁肌理、品牌极简标识，从室内硬装延伸至软装、餐具、外带包装全触点，让空间体验与品牌视觉闭环化，增加商业空间的社交传播属性。

To break free from homogeneous bakery interiors, the design adopts denim blue — a rarely used cool tone among bakery brands — paired with natural timber to form an exclusive material and colour palette for the brand. Light warm timber forms the spatial base, echoing the natural qualities of grains and handcraft, and endowing the space with the gentle, inviting atmosphere inherent to bakeries. Low-saturation denim blue serves as the accent colour, running through walls, cabinetry and facade lines. Its vintage industrial texture balances the softness of timber, creating a consistent overall tone while generating a striking visual signature. Furthermore, the project achieves full integration of spatial VI. Denim textures and the brand’s minimalist logo extend from interior finishes to soft furnishings, tableware and takeaway packaging across all touchpoints. This closes the loop between spatial experience and brand visuals, enhancing the social sharing potential of the commercial space.

我们将空间主入口中心位置设计为全景开放式烘焙中岛，以“回”字型设置四面不同功能，员工站在导台中心服务客户，导台集合试吃台、产品展示自选柜、物料陈列、轻量互动活动等多元功能于一体，在保证使用功能的基础上，用质感出众、自然纯粹的软装对中岛台进行布置，打造整个空间的视觉核心，给客户留下对品牌的视觉认知与美学印象。

We positioned a full-open baking island at the center of the main entrance. Designed as a loop layout, the four sides of the island undertake differentiated functions, allowing staff to serve customers from the central working area. Integrating tasting stations, self-selection display cabinets, material display areas, and lightweight interactive functions, the multi-functional island maximizes operational efficiency within a single structure. Based on complete functional practicality, the island is decorated with refined and natural soft furnishings to form the visual core of the entire space. It establishes an immediate aesthetic impression and clear brand recognition for customers upon entry.

原场地的空间充裕，空高条件理想，如果只是设计普通的产品展台，空间势必会显得单薄空洞，因此我们在空间中心搭建了一间两面通达的木屋，将圆形的玻璃陈列柜和墙面展柜容纳其中，让木屋作为空间的视觉锚点，打破平铺直叙的平面布局，塑造空间的立体层次；另外，空间动线也丰富起来，顾客既能从木屋中心走动继而选择产品，也能从木屋外围绕过，边观看开放式厨房里的制作过程，边选择陈列在餐台上的产品。在客流高峰期时，这样的动线一定程度上还能分流顾客，增强购物的良好体验感。

The original site boasts ample floor area and favourable ceiling height. If merely furnished with conventional display counters, the space would inevitably appear sparse and hollow. For this reason, we constructed a two-sided accessible wooden cabin at the centre of the space, housing circular glass display cabinets and wall-mounted shelving units. Acting as the visual anchor, the cabin breaks the monotonous planar layout and creates vertical spatial layers. Furthermore, the circulation is diversified. Customers may walk through the centre of the cabin to pick goods, or circle around its exterior to view food preparation inside the open kitchen while selecting items on display counters. During peak hours, this circulation layout helps disperse crowds to a certain extent and optimises the overall shopping experience.

不同于常规烘焙店将生产后场封闭隐匿的处理方式，在场地划分时，我们将空间几乎一半的多的场地作为开敞的明厨展示区，开敞宽大的料理台让后厨工作人员操作方便舒适，更让顾客能近距离观看后厨面包师们“手工现擀、新鲜现烤”，在满室麦香的氤氲中观看裱花师用新鲜的食材装点刚出炉的面包。让手工擀制、整形、烘烤的全过程可视化，使品牌差异化优势不再停留于平面宣传，而是转化为可感知、可体验、可传播的空间实景。

Unlike conventional bakeries that conceal production areas behind closed back-of-house walls, we allocated nearly half of the total floor area to an open display kitchen during space planning. The spacious open work counter offers comfort and convenience for chefs, while enabling guests to observe bakers hand-rolling dough and baking fresh bread up close. Amid the aroma of wheat, visitors can watch pastry chefs garnish newly baked loaves with fresh ingredients. By exposing the full workflow of hand rolling, shaping and baking, the brand’s differentiated strengths transcend flat promotional materials and transform into tangible, experiential and shareable spatial reality.
