本案位于葡萄牙卡斯卡伊斯市，距离葡萄牙首都里斯本市以西30公里的一个美丽的海滨胜地。本案所处的古老建筑临海而建，拥有令人艳羡的地理位置，将大西洋壮丽风景一览无余。

业主是一家中资公司，他们希望本案的设计能够融合中国传统意象的元素，突出公司双重文化的特质，能够表达公司的专业性和现代化，最重要的是，要让来这里的中国人感受到亲切熟悉的氛围，并且能够快速的对于这个城市产生高度的认同感。

This center is located in a beautiful seaside resort in Cascais city, Portugal, 30km away from Lisbon. It is surrounded by ancient buildings which face the sea and have enviable geographic locations to enjoy the Atlantic scenery.

The owner, a Chinese company, hopes that the center can integrate with elements of Chinese traditional images, highlight the bicultural characteristics and express its professionalism and modernization, most importantly, make Chinese feel at home and quickly have the sense of acceptance of the city.

设计师通过现代时尚的手法，搭配设计感极强的家具和艺术饰品，营造出高雅、专业、国际化的办公空间。以淡粉、淡绿、灰色为主色调，干净、利落而温暖。空间四周白色墙上的山水画与桌上的兰花，巧妙地彰显出中国文化元素的特点。强化了中国企业崇高、稳重、大器的形象，增强了空间的质感和典雅气质。同时带给中国客户一种熟悉的感觉。开放式的布局令整个空间与窗外的景色融为一体，营造出轻松自然的氛围，让客户沉浸在这海天一线的景观之中使其迅速的对于这里的环境产生亲切感。

Through modern and fashionable skills, designers match the center with furniture of great tastes and artistic accessories, and create an elegant, professional, and international office space. Light pink, light green and gray are the main colors, and landscape paintings on surrounding walls and orchids on the table ingeniously demonstrate Chinese culture elements, highlight Chinese companies’ quality, modest and generosity, and strengthen the space texture and elegance. The open layout combines the whole space with scenery outside of windows, which makes people enjoy the sea and sky and feel comfortable.
