The Moebe universe has since the very beginning been characterized by natural materials, clever constructions and an unmatched esthetic simplicity. Now time has come to introduce colours. First product in line to get a bit of colour is the popular PINCH by MOEBE. Initially introduced in untreated oak, the small clip is now also available in two new shades: a burgundy red and a dark grey. “Our color-universe has always been very subtle and based on natural materials. With our new colours we want to expand this part of the Moebe universe. Colours is a very emotional and personal thing to us – so there is really no reason not to add this dimension to our designs also”.

PINCH by MOEBE lets you hold on to the small precious things in life. Maybe you saved your ticket from last weekend’s concert, a small flower or that little photo of ones you love. PINCH let’s you hold on to these small things – either standing on your desk or hung on the wall. PINCH consists of two pieces of solid oak and a single rubber band. When the time comes – and eventually it will – put on a new rubber band. Just snatch the one from your lunch box. The design features an extra hole to let you hang it with a pin on the wall.

WALL HOOK by MOEBE is formed as one single continues element. The hook has two points for hanging your coat, keys, cap etc., either over the top of the bent wire or underneath on the actual hook. To keep the form of the wall hook as simple as possible, MOEBE has more or less reversed the normal wall hook by letting the actual hook point inwards, this way achieving a closed and very harmonious form. “Basically we were missing a nice wall hook, so we set out to designa simple hook with a harmonious form, matching the delicate and minimalist aesthetics of our designs in general.” says Nicholas Oldroyd, Founding Partner and Designer at MOEBE. Even though the design is clean and simple, its elongated shape provides two defined hanging options. The “main” hook beneath and a bent, softer hook on top, perfect for hanging more delicate pieces.

WALL HOOK by MOEBE is as simple to mount as it is to look at. With no extra pieces or additions needed, simply screw the hook into the wall until the round shoulder meets the finished surface. It can be used as a single hook or more hooks placed together, and works as well for kitchen towels as winter coats. It comes in two sizes and three nishes, giving you the option to mix and match as you like.
