香港室内设计公司Studio Adjective Ltd.为本地独立咖啡店品牌NOC Coffee Co.的第二间香港分店，打造简约而精致的装潢。歌赋街是充满香港特色的社区，知名商店、咖啡店、精品店、品味家具店及传统餐厅林立。繁华的歌赋街满布不同色彩，因此设计师Wilson Lee大胆尝试，为咖啡店塑造简约、明亮开敞的外观，与色彩缤纷的小街形成对比，使客人放慢急促的脚步。店铺正门选用了全玻璃设计，清楚地展示了咖啡师与客人的互动。
Hong Kong design agency Studio Adjective has given the local independent café brand NOC Coffee Co. a minimalistic and sophisticated transformation for its second outlet in Hong Kong. The new café is located on Gough Street, one of the most charming spots in Central and the destination of famous brands, furniture stores and local restaurants. The elevation of the street is a busy palette of materials and showcases. Instead of creating another dramatic or fancy exterior, we decided to make a contrast with a minimalistic façade in glass, highlighting the coffee bar and the activities of the baristas and customers.

店内的墙身以简约纹理的油漆配搭木墙，复杂中不失秩序，结合白色金属条纹、水泥平台和地板，使空间感觉更加舒适自在。Studio Adjective深信一个适当的咖啡吧可以让专业咖啡师一展实力，因此特别设计了一张长七米的咖啡吧台，使咖啡师得以展示专业冲调技术。 吧台台面选用了白色人造石，台身三面饰以双层斜纹的白色金属条，而白色台面在简洁之余亦能呼应咖啡机身的色彩。
The pure textures of the painted surfaces and wooden wall panels exude a tidy and sophisticated feel, while the white metal stripes, cement platforms and floor infuse the space with a sense of coziness. As a proper coffee bar is a stage for a barista to show his skills and knowledge, Studio Adjective designed a 7-meter long coffee bar with a white Corian countertop and double-layer tilted white metal stripes on three sides. The white countertop extends to and blend with the premium coffee machines.

吧台对面位置以水泥作主调，设有几个平台座位。受结构所限，设计师把楼梯底部的区域变成观众席，让客人能在小憩之余细心观赏咖啡师的出色技巧。水泥平台设有不同层次的结构，客人可以自由地选择喜欢的位置。长长的平台亦有引导效果，一直伸延至二楼的座位区。 这一区以长台为主，中间摆放了几株植物，为水泥空间增添了活泼感，窗口位置亦加设高凳座位，使客人欣赏到歌赋街的活力。
The cement floor in front of the bar counter becomes a multi-tier platform seating area that allows customers to sit comfortably in different ways and enjoy a delightful view of the performance. The platform extends and gradually forms a staircase connecting to the major sitting area featuring benches, a communal table and bar stools by the window.
