After the completion of Chan + Eayrs’s debut – Herringbone House, interest rapidly followed and the house sold at record price, featured in International press and was nominated for the Wieneberger brick awards and Wallpaper House of the year. The demand led to their next project New Cross Lofts which also sold out and reached similar levels of acclaim for its light open lateral spaces and brick, earthy plaster, limed oak and linen palette.
