Meisje met de parel

Ixxi是一款有趣的组装系统，可以成为任何你想要尺寸的墙面装饰，壁纸，隔断。通过X状塑料卡链接单元块。单元块组成的图片可以是你自己的照片哦！你可以到Ixxi网上去进行订货，上转自己的照片，然后通过邮递收货，里面有所有的材料和相关手册。接着你就可以轻松组装，安放在家中或者工作室都可以。

一般来讲，单元块大小是20厘米见方，也有10厘米和14厘米见方的。塑料X链接件有白色和黑色，如果你的订单数量巨大，可以专门为你定制不同的颜色。

Ixxi还有专门为不同的项目开发和定制，设计商业性展览展示范畴。Ixxi网站及品牌创始人是RoelVaessen（平面设计师）, Eric Sloot 和 Paulien Berendsen（设计师）。Ixxi从2009年开业，并获得了当年的荷兰设计提名奖。

General info about ixxi

With ixxi you can make your own wall decoration, wallpaper, or room divider in any size you want! ixxi is a connecting system consisting of little plastic x’s, i’s, and cards, with which you can design your own (photo) enlargement or collage. You join the cards with the connecting pieces and then you can easily hang your ixxi from the wall or ceiling. Through our handy online module at www.ixxi.nu, you can upload your photos, illustrations, or logos, and determine the desired dimensions. ixxi is an inspiring product that can be applied in your home or workplace interior! Through www.ixxi.nu you can easily make your own ixxi. Within five days, you will receive a mailing box containing cards, x’s and i’s, a manual, and hanging materials.

Dimensions

Standard ixxi photo cards are 20 x 20 cm. ixxi specials are 14 x 14 cm (Dutch Masters, large), or 10 x 10 cm (Dutch Masters, medium). The standard card size for the pixel ixxis and the new font boxes will be 10 x 10 cm. The x’s and i’s are approx. 3 cm high, and are standard delivered in white or black; for projects for which larger quantities are needed, we can deliver x’s and i’s in an alternative color,upon request.

ixxi project market

Besides the products that are available in our webshop, ixxi also develops tailor-made projects. ixxi is an inspiring product for business presentations, stalls, expositions, and interiors. Using cards in various materials and sizes, special walls and (temporary) rooms can be created. Some of our clients include Provincie Noord-Brabant, Design Academy Eindhoven, Dutch Design Awards, Stedelijk Museum ‘s-Hertogenbosch, and CODA Museum Apeldoorn.

The people behind ixxi

The founders and creators/designers of the product, the ixxi brand, and the www.ixxi.nu website are Roel Vaessen, Eric Sloot en Paulien Berendsen. Roel Vaessen is a graphic designer who has his own design studio (www.roelvaessen.nl). Eric Sloot and Paulien Berendsen are spatial designers who together run the design agency Studio Parade (www.studioparade.nl). Since September 2010, ixxi has been online with its webshop. In 2009, ixxi was nominated for the Dutch Design Awards.
