东京知名餐厅“Edo Robata kemuri”将于2013年12月31日在上海虹桥开启中国第一家分店。业主希望餐厅氛围类似电影“杀死比尔”那样，用世界可接受的语言展示亚洲文化。此外kemuri在日语中有烟雾的意思，希望可以展示出烟雾文化。从外立面竹障透过大面积的玻璃门窗能看见内部的红色主色调。在空间中使用线—传统的麻绳进行表现。粗麻绳由许多小麻绳编成，这暗示了人与人之间的团结与协作。

According to the owners of the two theme design requirements.1. Similar like in the movie “Kill Bill” from overseas angle to show the world outlook of the Asian culture.2. The shop name kemuri (meaning “smoke” in japanese), through the design can show The moral of kemuri.

▼引发人期待感的简约设计和间接照明。Minimalist design, the structure of the indirect lighting as much as possible. Because in order to increase the sense of anticipation.

2; designed to show kemuri The moral

Performance in the space, the lines of the old house architectural art.The material used is hemp rope.Hemp material since ancient times.Great strength tension’s hemp rope line of compiled with many small hemp rope.The important concept of Owner , the relationship between people and cooperation and collaboration .Therefore selected as the main materials is hemp.

▼ 红色是餐厅最重笔墨的色彩。The most impressive red is the color of the restaurant.

▼设计主题是日本传统的建筑神社。采用了前卫的红色表达。Theme of DESIGN is shrines and temples of Japanese architecture. The expression in red on the avant-garde it.
