这是一个有趣的照明装置。将装置的展开面打印在材料上，接下来，需要你把他们折叠起来，就像一个三维的拼图游戏。折叠好了之后，安装上灯泡就可以用啦！这些装置连接组合起来就像云儿一样，同时还具有气候中云儿变幻莫测的一面~~。光影效果具备深度。一个有层次的互动。

The Installation

SAQ has developed a reactive modular lighting system which propagates like cloud structures mimicking the complexity of weather patterns. This project is an extension of the exploration of architectural pluralism.  SAQ first began in their Bikini Berlin project, which began construction in January 2011. SAQ as a studio is involved in a long-standing search to express a plural or probabilistic architecture using design as a device to understand the complexities in our surrounding world. The installation is like a constellation of 3-dimensional jigsaw puzzles published in a limited edition which reacts to human presence.

In collaboration with Zirkumflex, SAQ has published a limited edition cut and fold print of the paper models used in the installation. Designed like a 3-dimensional jigsaw puzzle, the print has been presented in conjunction with the gallery exhibit. The print acts as a spatial extension of the installation, distilling the complexity of forms into a comprehensible package. Thus creating a deeper level of interaction and understanding between architecture and inhabitant. The BotoxCloud edition is made of 2 abstract paper models which can be constructed individually or combined in various connections, both large and small, capturing and reflecting light like clouds on a sunny day.

SAQ is a conceptual and interdisciplinary design agency with offices in Brussels and Berlin, specialized in developing spatial sceneries and concepts. The practice relies on a broad range of competencies where architects, interior designers, urbanists, video-artists and graphic designers team up according to the specific orientation or necessities of each project. SAQ believes strongly in cooperation and regularly invites professional experts or companies to participate in the materialization or elaboration of an idea. For SAQ scale is no parameter. Intensive research, sketching, simulation, and dialogue are the fundaments of an intensive creative process leading to proposals for both small scaled designs and macro-planning.

Zirkumflex presents “BotoxCloud”, an interactive Installation by SAQ.
“BotoxCloud” is Zirkumflex’s fifth exhibition in Berlin and is organized in partnership with Chromolux and Zumtobel on the occasion of the first edition of DAS weekend and Transmediale 2011.
BOTOXCLOUD exhibition consists in:
