华空间设计公司总部位于深圳福田，创建于2003年，作为不仅仅是一家提供商业空间设计服务的企业，他自身就是一个创意烩集的空间，这是一家以创意创新为基因的群体，多年来长期保持高速地发展。他们主张用创造未来的方式去面对未来，用以人为中心的设计思维去发现和解决问题。所以其核心的能力就是在于组织所释放出来的创造性。这次新办公室的搬迁，目的就是为了强化和推进其公司的特色文化，呈现出符合其行业领跑者的品牌地位，让新的办公空间更灵活、多元应对未来发展需求。

Established in 2003, Hwayon Space Design Company is headquartered in Futian District, Shenzhen City. Over the years, it has maintained a high-speed development. Now, it is not only a company for commercial interior design, but a pool for innovation. All the team members believe that, to create the future is the best way of embracing it. They find out and tackle problems through people-centered design. Therefore, creativity represents the company’s competitive edge. In order to reinforce and promote its distinctive culture, highlight the brand’s leading role in the sector of design, and to build a flexible and diverse workspace to satisfy future demands, Huayon is relocated.

本案是由华空间团队内部的人员共同设计完成，设计概念和主题意在打造一个以“市集”为主题的办公环境,建立以分享和信息交换的团队关系，为了能促进内部员工的有更多的交流，设计将更注重为多元化的人才提供多元性的新型工作方式，部门与部门之间没有隔阂，同事之间随意穿插一起办公，打破部门的界限，让组织内部各部门具有穿透性。在这里同事与部门领导都是在同一个空间里工作，人与人之间没有层级之分，营造出一个平等的交流空间，而这些都是以无边界组织为原型打造出来的办公环境。

The project is collectively worked out by Hwayon team members. The idea of building a fair-like working space promotes communication and information exchange. To encourage interaction among the fellows, they create new and diverse environments for versatile talents: there are no barriers between departments so that everybody can work freely in the same room; there is no hierarchy in the office, because all the members share the same workspace and communicate equally. This idea originates from the boundaryless organization.

▽ 秋千区域的舒适氛围成为人们深爱的休闲聚会的不二选择，the swing area is an ideal leisure place

跟传统企业经营理念所不同的是，华空间强调的是生活与工作不再是独立分开的，而是密切融合在一起。在充满了生活化的环境下工作和生活，更有利于建立组织里人与人之间的信任度，激发出大家无限的创意，正是符合了当下的企业的发展理念。这个办公区包含了工作区、协作区以及休闲区，从进门开始就设置了一大片的休闲区域，以及吧台和各种娱乐设施，娱乐设备和休闲交流区连接着员工们的生活，为团队员工们构筑了一个充满奇趣的和灵动的空间，在“市集”里交换分享知识和交流无形的创意理念。塑造出这样一种轻松游乐的环境的目的也是为了激励团队员工在舒适休闲的环境里进行交流与探索，而交流与探索才能生成强大的创造力。

Unlike traditional business management, Hwayon highlights that work and life are interrelated instead of isolated. It is also a mainstream of company philosophy to work and live in a home-like environment because it may contribute to mutual trust and inspiration. The entire workspace comprises working area, collaboration area and leisure area. At the entrance of the office there is a large leisure area with bar and many recreation facilities. These fair-like areas, where staff can exchange knowledge and intangible creative ideas, are fun and vigorous. We aim at creating such a comfortable and amusing environment to encourage team members to communicate and explore freely. And it is communication and exploration that appeals to boundless creativity.

▽ 一大片包含吧台和各种娱乐设施在内的“市集“，a fair-like area with bar and many recreation facilities

在纯净的白色基调中，设计师采用了丰富的色彩融合到空间之中，这不但活跃了整个空间，还有利于激发内部员工的想象力和创造力，同时也体现出了华空间的年轻活跃的企业特性。

Designers employ rich colors over a pure white base, invigorating the entire space, arousing fellows’ imagination and creativity and characterizing a young and vibrant Hwayon.

▽ 团队围绕在一起互相探讨的交流区，a discussion section while the bar is a place for casual exchanges

为了强化交流，设计团队创建了一个开放共享的办公空间，也设置了7个交流空间，秋千区域的舒适氛围成为人们深爱的休闲聚会的不二选择、正式封闭的会议室则是商务洽谈、办公室正中间是团队围绕在一起互相探讨的交流区、水吧台也是可以轻松愉快的休闲交流，团队人员可以根据与不同的人不同的形式选择不同的来进行沟通和交流，这样花费心思和办法来为员工营造一个互相交流办公环境，其目的是为了加快团队内知识传播的速度。从而建立一个学习型的组织。这个设计总的来说是从多个方面体现出创造力对于一家公司的重要性。

An open workspace and 7 spaces are set up for communication and sharing. The swing area is an ideal leisure place while the formal enclosed meeting room is utilized for business talks. The middle of the office functions as a discussion section while the bar is a place for casual exchanges. Team members may use different zones regarding to whom they meet with and what they discuss about. In designing such an interactive workspace, great efforts are made to gear up the spread of internal information and further to establish a learning-oriented organization. On the whole, the design embodies the importance of creativity to a company from multiple aspects.
