Appreciation towards BENTU for providing the following description:

作为鱼主题餐厅，应该具有鲜明的特点个性，但中国商业综合体内环境基本热闹与花哨，避免干扰并结合环境的过度十分重要。将标识纳入整体空间设计，简单有特色，达到一目了然，过目不忘的效果。仅采用三种材料完成一个空间是个突破：水泥，竹，钢，包括空间，家具，灯具同样这三种材料达到创新设计要求。

The restaurant should possess distinct feature since it is characterized by a theme of fish. But the designers also emphasize the importance of eliminating distractions and integrating into the surroundings. We included the identification into the integrated design, which makes it simple but distinctive and impressive. It is a break through to just use three kinds of material in the project: concrete, bamboo and steel. All structure, furniture and luminaires are made by these materials.

本餐厅空间设计不仅仅在设计空间，品牌标志，家具，灯具，配饰，餐具进行创新设计，形成独一无二的体验感。材料的环保节能性，并快速安装结构。从中国民俗文化元素木鱼与鱼馒头中提炼符号，进行现代设计，满足中国新的美学发展需求，提升中国大众美学素养可能。

Design of the restaurant covers not only inner space but also brand mark, furniture, luminaires, accessories and tableware so as to create unique and unified experience. The materials used are both environmental friendly and easy to assemble. The brand mark derives from wooden fish, traditional element of Chinese culture. Vitality is given to the traditional element through modern design.

鱼莲山鱼文化主题餐厅位于中国湖南省长沙市奥客斯商业综合体内，室内面积400平方米。主要目的是通过创新设计实现背后的生意，设计与美学在中国不应该高高在上，它属于大众，这是一种责任，同样也是市场开始追求的目标。

Yulianshan Fish Theme Restaurant is located in Aux Commercial Complex in Changsha, Hunan Province, China, occupies a total area of 400 square meter. It aims at building up successful business pattern through innovative design. Design and aesthetics should never be high above but close to ordinary people. That is what we believe in and we take it as our responsibility to achieve.
