该住宅位于罗马尼亚首都布加勒斯特的Scrovistea湖边。业主家庭希望打造一所梦想之家。
项目所在地自然风景优美，拥抱清澈的湖水。因此这座固定居所必然要和周围景观融为一体，让美景装点住宅内部。平台、窗户和室内空间面向景观和湖泊。微型动植物在这片首都郊区土地上快乐生活、蓬勃生长。
On a lot on the edge of Lake Scrovistea, in Bucharest, a young family wanted a dream house.
The lot is very much influenced by nature and the surrounding water; thus, the permanent residence could only be a part of the landscape and draw its inner spaces from it. The terraces, windows and interior spaces face the surroundings and the lake. Nowadays the lot is a micro fauna and flora, specific for the outskirts of Bucharest.
楼梯设有天窗。天窗从一层的起居空间横向延伸至泳池，纵向延伸到二层的兴趣室，每层都带有平台。泳池是庭院的主要元素，可以使用长达半年的时间。周围的湖泊、地形和城市规定共同造就了结构紧凑的体量；饰面、灯光和空间布局创造了地中海的氛围。
The staircase – with a skylight – openly goes through all the levels: from the ground floor living areas, opened towards the pool yard, to the second level hobby studio, each level having its own terrace.
The main element of the yard is the pool that functions half of the year.
The surrounding water, the plot shape and the urban rules led to a compact volume, whereas the finishes, the light and the spatial configuration create a Mediterranean atmosphere.

我有疑问，，，知道的回复我，谢谢！好像一层到二层的台阶数超过18步了？？如果没有，层高只有2米7？？？
住宅 18cm一阶不也没啥问题= = 这样 3.2？
朋友何必太较真，国外的项目为什么要执行中国的规范，而且18步更多考虑的公共部位的楼梯踏步数，这种住宅内的住宅何必纠结了。
