住宅的主人要求将起居室设置在建筑的二层。同时，他还希望将房子建造在场地的中央，并且远离码头所在的河岸。基于业主的意愿，设计师利用一条贯穿场地的“丝带”，将入口区域、房屋以及码头串连起来。

The investor had his own vision of the interior arrangement with the living area on the first floor. Additionally, he wanted to place a house in the middle of the plot, far away from the river, where a marina was supposed to be. We decided to wrap functions arranged by the client and connect: entry, house and marina. It brought us to the idea of the ribbon, which was stretched across the entire area.

首先，入口以一条路径的形式向前延伸，“拧绕”成房屋的天花板和墙壁，围合出室内空间。随后，这条“丝带”重新铺展开，如同码头上的桥梁，将高处的起居空间和低处的花园层连接起来，最终一路蜿蜒至河边。这条“丝带”贯穿了整个住宅。车库则位于起居空间下方的玻璃体量内部。

First, from the entry as a road, then twisted and shaping ceilings and walls of the house, wrapping the interior. Next, the ribbon was unrolled as a pier connecting the raised living room with the garden level. Then wriggling – the ribbon ran towards the river. So the road pierced the house. The garage with a glass wall interfered the living space.
