Appreciation towards Building Block for providing the following description:

由Kimberly 和 Nancy Wu成立于东京，现在刚刚新迁到加州洛杉矶的Building Block是一个多元化的设计工作室。她们将昂贵的材料通过简约的形式展现，就像是积木可以不断回到原点，有不断重新组合那样，她们的设计形体具备几何感而又有很多新样式。这一季的黑色系列灵感来自80年的美国加州。另外的系列则让人想起在假期中看到的有趣沙漠景观。这两个系列都从她们新迁到的加州获得灵感，一个好的开头！

This season’s Black Collection additions are inspired by the early 80’s modernism ofSouthern California corporate architecture. As an exercise in reductive geometry, thenew styles point to a more calculated proportion, adding a pragmatic quality to therest of this permanent collection. In addition, two seasonal styles that arereminiscent of a playful desert landscape have been introduced and are simply alighthearted summer break from the usual. Two perspectives, inspired by the built andfound environment, that celebrate our new move to California.
