门店位于鸿寿坊城市更新项目商业区的十字路口。洪寿坊历经近百年历史变迁，在改造中还原了原址典型的鱼骨状肌理石库门里弄结构，这种建筑风貌是一个历史美学的符号，一个文化意象，也是中西合璧的生动演绎。城市旧改的建设，使得这片石库门的老房子以商业空间的面貌留存了沪西城市生活的记忆与温度，延续着它的生命和价值。

The store is located at the intersection of the commercial area of the Hongshoufang Urban Renewal Project. After nearly a century of historical changes, Hongshoufang has restored the typical fishbone texture stone door lane structure of the original site during renovation. This architectural style is a symbol of historical aesthetics, a cultural image, and a vivid interpretation of the combination of Chinese and Western cultures. The construction of the old city renovation has left the old house in Shikumen with the appeara nce of a commercial space, preserving the memories and temperature of urban life in the west of Shanghai, and continuing its life and value.

门店外立面完整保留了石库门的门楣，两侧内嵌的窗台座位为街角行人的休憩提供了可能。我们希望吧台内的咖啡师和落座的客人都能面向街道，老街上杂乱的电缆和摇曳树影是上海最有烟火气的风景。

The exterior facade of the store retains the lintel of the Shikumen completely, and the built-in windowsill seats on both sides provide a possibility for pedestrians to rest on the street corner. We hope that both the barista and the seated guests in the bar can face the street, where the messy cables and swaying tree shadows are the most smoky scenery in Shanghai.

室内的立面保留了部分原始水泥墙面，使用珍珠岩砂浆加以配合，粗糙而立体的工业质感与吧台的木质元素相得益彰。沿着室内边缘嵌入的一圈绿色吊顶，以舒缓的折线形态将空间包裹起来。客区上方外露着通透的原始天花，可以消除空间面积受限带来的闭塞感。内圈吊顶与吧台对齐，并与外圈吊顶平行设置，当客人踏入咖啡厅时，这种平行的长线条不仅强化了空间的纵深感，同时微妙地引导着人们由前门到后门的行走动线。

The indoor facade retains some of the original cement walls and is complemented by perlite mortar, creating a rough and three-dimensional industrial texture that complements the wooden elements of the bar counter. A green suspended ceiling embedded along the interior edge wraps the space in a soothing, curved shape. Above the guest area, a transparent original ceiling is exposed, which can eliminate the sense of blockage caused by limited space area. The inner suspended ceiling is aligned with the bar counter and set parallel to the outer suspended ceiling. When guests step into the coffee shop, this parallel long line not only enhances the vertical depth of the space, but also subtly guides people’s walking path from the front door to the back door.

客座区的彩色座椅由回收的彩色塑料编织袋和成品家具进行趣味性的组合。既契合商业项目快速落地的需求，又为室内增添了轻松明快的视觉焦点。每把椅子都经过手工改造，而手工制品的意义和咖啡一样，都是为了治愈劳碌。

The colored seats in the passenger area are playfully combined with recycled colored plastic woven bags and finished furniture. It not only meets the demand for rapid landing of commercial projects, but also adds a relaxed and lively visual focus to the interior. Every chair has been handmade, and the meaning of handcrafted products is similar to coffee, all aimed at healing fatigue.
