空盘
KONPAN

盘，如同舞台，是食物出场和谢幕的最佳方式。色、香、味都是美食的诱惑，只有与盘共舞才能算是一场完美演出。

The plate,  just like the stage, is the best way for the food to appear and the curtain call. Color, aroma and taste are the temptation of food, and only dancing with the plate can be considered a perfect performance.

空盘，是一种期待也是一种境地。从器物到空间依次如此。盘子是食物的载体，桌子是盘子的载体，空间包容所有，亦是食客的剧场。

The empty plate is a kind of expectation, and also a situation. This is true in turn from the utensils to the space. The plate is the carrier of the food, the table is the carrier of the plate, the space is inclusive of all, is also the theater of diners. The space is also the theater of the diners.

在 外物 WHY WOULD 的理解与思考中，其表义与内涵所展现的关联性与差异性亦是项目研究与导向的侧重点。

In the understanding and consideration of WHY WOULD, the relevance and difference between its expression and connotation are also the focus of the research and orientation of the project.

一方面，KONPAN 空盘其字面意义仅为空空如也的盘子，并无其他释义。但作为传统思维所构想，大多数人视角所理解的“盘”为市面圆形结构的瓷制餐具，而“盘”的另一种形态——椭圆，仍为市面小众存在的一种类型，而其更具有“符合规则而独具一格”的内在特性。

KONPAN, on the one hand, literally means an empty plate, and has no other meaning. However, as a traditional thinking, most people understand “plate” as a round structured porcelain tableware in the market，while the other form of “plate”, oval, is still a niche type in the market. 另一方面，KONPAN 空盘其衍伸精神层面的思考与理解更值得推敲与共鸣。我们认为，空盘不仅仅表达的是浅意识认知中食完的空盘，其展现是对食材的回应与态度以及餐厅自身价值观的表达。

Meanwhile, KONPAN’s empty plate is more worthy of consideration and understanding in its derivative spirit. According to us, KONPAN is not only an expression of KONPAN in the shallow consciousness, but also an expression of the response and attitude to the ingredients and the values of the restaurant itself.

因此，简单而克制、有序而细致亦是经过精神层面提取后得出的关键词。有序的建立一种逻辑秩序，通过空间秩序的有序梳理亦去表现其传统意义”空“的概念，而通过材质的简化、细致的节点处理去表现其精神层面以及面向食客的态度。

Therefore, simple and restrained, orderly and meticulous are also the key words extracted from the spiritual level. A logical order is established in an orderly manner, and the concept of “empty” in the traditional sense is expressed through the orderly arrangement of the spatial order, while the spiritual aspect and the attitude towards diners are expressed through the simplification of materials and the meticulous node processing.

与品牌标识一脉相承，空间符号由方形与椭圆形构建而成。在空间中置入的方盒子内，前台/过道/卫生间/洗手间/清洁间/乃至冰淇淋设备被集成于方盒内并形成体块插入整体空间。

Following the same lineage as the brand logo, the spatial symbols are constructed from squares and ovals. A square box is placed in the space, and the front desk, aisle, bathroom, toilet, cleaning room, and even ice cream equipment are integrated into the box and formed into a block to insert into the overall space.

产品系统
Product System

为保持空间精神的延续，在整体家具产品系统中，外物WHY WOULD结合整体设计语言，利用空间中选用材料与图形语言为其专项开发定制座椅及灯具产品，在制作过程中反复进行打样与调整，延续空间简单而克制、有序而细致的品牌特质。

Integrating the overall design language, WHY WOULD developed custom-made seating and lighting products using the materials and graphic language chosen for the space, and repeatedly made prototypes and adjustments during the production process to continue the brand character of the space as simple but restrained, orderly and meticulous.

内与外
Inside and outside

白昼与夜晚，隔断建立了内外环境的边界，通过压花玻璃的物理特性映射出不同的光谱剪影，内部环境与外部环境交织构成室内外动态的戏剧反差，相互交叠渗透。

The physical properties of the embossed glass map out different spectral silhouettes, and the internal and external environments intertwine to form a dynamic theatrical contrast between the interior and the exterior, overlapping and penetrating each other.
