来自景观建筑师： 京华园主题为“京华双娇，古韵新妆”，突出展现北京市市花——月季和菊花。该园分为入口雕塑区、月季花架区、岩石园、月季台地区和建筑区等。园内各个区域的设计构思都着重于对北京市花“菊花”和“月季”的充分表达，并始终渗透到各个景观之中，形成鲜明的北京特色，是月季和菊花在京城广泛种植的集中体现。抽象的菊花形的钢桥，以曲线的柔美, 营造似穿行于花瓣中的意境，菊花形流水将菊花弧线的自然美与水流的灵动巧妙地结合在一起。

Rose and Chrysanthemum are the two city flowers for Bejing city. New species need to be exhibited as much as possible in a small site. The concept of this design is to create an elevated site, using tilted plates, sunk gardens, and bridge to increase exhibition area. Flower beds are converted as a hanging painting instead of conventional idea like a floor sheet.

Chrysanthemum bridge and water runnel are the metaphor of Chrysanthemum petals. The geomorphic flower beds are abstracted from the shape of rose. The circulation of the site is integrated with each flower show rooms, gently going up and down.
