Hemera塔楼是法国第六大城市南塔市极具代表性的项目，它是市中心的标志性建筑和南特城市天际线的新景观。其位于由Rudy Ricciotti建筑事务所重建的中央火车站、历史市中心和 Île-de-Nante的创新城市发展区之间。此项目建立了一个立体的城市，为居民创造了高质的生活环境，同时通过增强社会实践等功能促进了邻里之间的社交联系。

The Hemera tower is a symbolically strong project for the city of Nantes, 6th larger metropolis of France, a part of the new skyline of Nantes. In the Euronantes perimeter, it is located between the central train station (currently under reconstruction by Rudy Ricciotti architects), the historical city centre and the very inovative urban development of the Île-de-Nantes. Hemera builds the vertical city, provides a high quality of life for its inhabitants and promotes uses and practices that enhance social links.

项目由三个不同的实体组成：分别是沿着大街的社会保障房，沿着河滨长廊的五所独立住宅和一座53米高的塔楼。三栋建筑鳞次栉比诠释了此街区的城市肌理。

The program is composed of three distinct entities: a social housing building along the boulevard, five single houses along the river promenade and a tower rising to 53 meters. This juxtaposition of scales translates the urban fabric of the neighbourhood.

Loire和Erdre两条河交汇于此，建筑对基地旖旎的自然景观加以利用。项目围绕三组连续的主题展开：生活在树上，生活在城市，生活在天空。从地面层、独立住宅到顶层公寓，三栋建筑内一共包含23种住宅类型，其将多种家庭结构的需求考虑在内，为老年人、在家工作的人群、刚进入大学的独立年轻人和重组家庭的老年人等各类人群设计了不同的公寓。住宅内有通高的起居室，大阳台和景观别致的凉廊。公寓围绕着立体交通环绕布置，使其更加灵活多变。

At the confluence of two rivers, the Loire and the Erdre, the project takes advantage of its exceptional natural landscape. It consists of a succession of layers grouped around three themes: living in the trees, living in the city, living in the sky. From the ground floor and the single houses to the top levels apartments the project also develops 23 housing typologies which anticipate changes in family structures: aging, working from home, the need for independence of a young adult entering university or an elderly person re-entering the family structure. The dwellings offer double height living rooms, large balconies and loggias with exceptional views. The apartments wind up around a vertical circulation offering a great flexibility of use and scalability.
