该设计是一个阁楼式的餐厅，反映出了店主Alessandro Khojane的性格特点，他是在意大利长大的非洲人对意大利美食极其热爱。他希望空间能够传达出植根于他心中的意大利情缘并反映出其平易近人的服务风格。餐厅提供精致餐饮和传统意大利食物，所以室内风格即要时尚迷人也要兼具亲密感。这间餐厅是一个既适合隆重的约会也适合家庭聚餐的地方。

The brief was to create a loft style space that would reflect the personality of the owner, Alessandro Khojane, an African raised in Italy with a tangible passion for fine Italian food. He wanted the space to reflect his Italian roots as well as his approachable style of service where he knows most customers by name. The menu has both fine dining as well as classic italian food and so the interior had to be both stylish and glamorous as well as approachable. A space where you could take a first date or comfortably have dinner with the family.

The space is a mix of polished stucco, aged metals, factory style windows and a mix of unique furniture pieces. The anchor piece of this space is 15m x 3m spray painted mural done by the renowned Los Angeles based street artists Cyrcle who were flown out to do this piece. The leather strap screen is made to resemble the pasta drying racks that are used in the kitchen when making pasta from scratch. All in all my design choices were made to create an inspiring space that reflected the passion for food and all welcoming service that Alessandro has made his trademark.
