设计的开始
The beginning of the design
五四村住宅位于浙江省湖州市德清五四村，地处莫干山东侧山麓，在杭州工作的业主夫妇委托我们为家里父母设计一栋养老兼周末度假用房屋，项目可用宅基地面积仅为90平方米，基地北侧靠山周边植被茂盛加上江浙地区潮湿多雨，建筑的防水防潮尤为重要。
Wusi Village Residence is located in Wusi Village, Deqing, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is located at the eastern foothills of Moganshan Mountain. The owners, who work in Hangzhou, commissioned us to design a house for their parents’ retirement and weekend getaway. The available area of the project is only 90 square meters. The north side of the base is surrounded by lush vegetation and the wet and rainy region of Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The waterproofing and moisture-proofing of the building is particularly important.

设计思考
Design thinking
建筑设计是针对消解空间体量展开思考的，为了营造更加符合人体尺度的空间我们把常规单一大体块的构成方式消解为多个小体块组合的聚落式布局，然后在其间插入庭院、坡道、楼梯、廊桥等构件把分散的小体块串联为一个整体。
The design of the building is based on the idea of dissipating the volume of space. In order to create a space more in line with human scale, we dissolve the conventional composition of a single large block into a cluster layout of several small blocks, and then insert courtyards, ramps, stairs, bridges and other components to link the scattered small blocks into a whole.

主入口设置一挑台树池上面种植松树，松树侧歪的造型与建筑二层悬挑露台形成呼应，使建筑立面得到视觉上的心理平衡。
A pine tree is planted on top of the tree pond at the main entrance, and the sideways skewed shape of the pine tree echoes the overhanging terrace on the second floor of the building, which makes the building façade get a visual psychological balance.

单开间聚落式布局
Single-room colony layout
整个建筑由四个小方屋采用单开间聚落式布局方式构成，第一个小方屋为二层阳台及屋顶露台，第二个小方屋一层设置客厅二层为父母卧室，第三个小方屋一层为厨房和餐厅二层为儿童房三层为主卧，第四个小方屋一层为储物间二层则是茶室。
The whole building consists of four small square houses with a single-opening cluster layout. The first small square house has a second floor balcony and a roof terrace. The second small square house has a living room on the first floor and a bedroom for parents on the second floor. The third small square house has a kitchen and dining room on the first floor, a children’s room on the second floor, and a master bedroom on the third floor. The fourth small square house has a storage room on the first floor and a tea room on the second floor.

首层通过坡道及台阶化解建筑因防水隔潮层而抬升所产生的高差，坡道作为无障碍通行直达中间庭院，庭院设有入口可进入餐厅或客厅。
The ramp and steps on the first floor are used to resolve the height difference caused by the elevation of the building due to the waterproof moisture barrier. The ramp serves as a barrier-free access to the middle courtyard, which has an entrance to the dining room or living room.

条形折叠空间
Bar folding space
单向条状布局方式最大化拉长了室内动线并强调了建筑的方向性及空间进深感，建筑的形态构成与室内功能布置和交通流线同形同构。
The unidirectional strip layout maximizes the interior movement lines and emphasizes the directionality and depth of the building. The morphological composition of the building is homogeneous with the functional arrangement and traffic flow of the interior.

进入建筑内的每一个房间可选择多条不同路径，这些路径彼此联通循环。建筑就像个被折叠起来的条形立体庭院，游走其中步移景异。庭院、坡道、外廊、露台、景窗、天窗穿插建筑的各角落，构成一个完整自洽的内部环境。
Each room in the building can be accessed by a number of different paths. These paths are interconnected and circular. The building is like a folded three-dimensional courtyard. Walking through it, the view changes. Courtyards, ramps, corridors, terraces, windows and skylights are interspersed throughout the building, forming a complete and self-consistent interior environment.

室内与建筑的关联性
Interior and architectural relevance
内装饰是以强调室内与建筑及周边环境的关联性展开思考的，设计保留了建筑现浇混凝土顶板，混凝土斑驳的肌理与光洁平整的墙面形成对比成为室内装饰的一部分，墙面选用颗粒状白色肌理与建筑外墙颗粒状的水洗石墙面产生关联，玻璃砖墙的设置丰富了室内的光影效果，地面及门板使用大面积的橡木营造温馨柔和的内部空间氛围与建筑严谨冷峻的外观形成反差及互补。
The interior decoration was conceived to emphasize the relevance of the interior to the building and its surroundings. The design retains the cast-in-place concrete roof slab, and the concrete’s mottled texture contrasts with the smooth, flat wall surface as part of the interior decoration. The granular white texture of the walls is related to the granular washed stone walls on the exterior of the building, and the glass block walls enrich the interior light and shadow effects. The use of large areas of oak for flooring and door panels creates a warm and soft interior atmosphere that contrasts with and complements the building’s strict and cold exterior.

开窗的位置和大小是整体建构逻辑同隐私、采光、通风等功能需求相结合的结果。
The location and size of the window openings are the result of the overall architectural logic combined with the functional needs of privacy, light and ventilation.

这种东西不要分类到中国乡建好不啦，为建而建的典范了，没大师命，得了大师的病
不错的 有意思
感觉作为民宿合适，都是可以独立拆分的空间，也可以通过组合形成整体；作为住宅属实不合适。
这个入选是真的离谱。简直就是为了设计而设计。
1、儿童房和老人房对换一下不是更好么，两步楼梯能让老头睡醒总是心惊胆颤，茶室直接分给老头每日闲呆不香么。
2、中庭位置就不能搞一台电梯或则弄个景观楼梯上来。一跑18步直跑做每日上下楼吃饭以为老人是龟仙人吗。
3、主人房的露台竟然不能公用，到底谁去洗衣服晒被子啊？
4、偌大的空间就是不给搞点更衣间储藏室。
有些空间的过渡挺好，外立面的美感不够，框架也太突然
首先设计还是很棒的，但是开始就提到用地紧张，看到的设计好像还有很多宽裕，三层楼愣是没多出一间客房或者书房，而且室外凌空加上楼梯过道占据将近1/3的面积，这种情况只能理解为业主满意既是设计师的追求。
说从消解体量出发，结果又做了个大框架弥补体量。
有点强行堆砌要素的嫌疑（安藤，密斯，日式）。。。有点不协调。屋顶部分装饰性偏重，室内空间看起来有点别扭。但是廊道的光影效果不错。

空间很丰富，甚至太丰富了；立面给人感觉希望能克制点，但貌似也没克制住；设计还是花了大心思的，为用心设计点赞👍
把日本城区窄面宽大进深的宅基地所做出来的方案生搬硬套到中国乡村实在是有点偷懒了

过于框架，有点空不喜欢
这项目用五百万的设计、建设、装修花费，实际达到五十万的居住体验。除非设计是业主亲戚，不然没有这任性的活。

还可以啊，有特点，住着不难受，不要过分挑剔了。
对于中国乡村的住宅建筑来说这真是依托答辩
方盒子比这个强
住吉长屋前后穿梭时会淋雨和暴晒，这一点做了升级。
个人认为当下私家住宅设计的点在于保障物权的基础上，尽量保护隐私、低调，善于利用景观，至于造型是最后结果，不是首要的。
造型挺好的
这不是妥妥的安藤住吉长屋吗 ？功能是否太分散了~ 都是通过长长的过道再到达另一个空间~
再外挂一个电梯
建筑大过内装，追求更长久的效用，合理的思路。不过上上下下，里里外外过于复杂了，设计大过生活，对内的关照还是少了点。
这个布局，安里安气的
到唯一的大露台需要穿过老人房或者主卧，这有点不太舒服，然后老人房门前的台阶也不舒服
这个户外楼梯很不错
一看就是自己家的房子
八十的老汉还得爬楼梯
可能是考虑到 老年人也需要多锻炼 哈哈哈哈
应该如何考虑和改良？
就是，定位是养老住宅，愣是一点不考虑无障碍

味儿太浓了。这厨师还不错
正立面感觉不错，门口那棵树选的有个性
太刻意去做造型了
有安藤忠雄住吉的长屋的影子
又是一个做造型忽视别的…老子是业主不是你的纪念碑
