柏林 KW 当代艺术学院举办的 “加密的诗意” 展览自开幕以来就吸引了大批观众。我们很荣幸能够和柏林 KW 学院以及另外两所艺术机构一同合作，参与展览“窗帘. 礼仪 ”（curtain.courtesy）的设计。

The exhibition Poetics of Encryption at KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Berlin has been an absolute crowd-puller since its opening. We are excited to contribute the exhibition design curtain.courtesy, developed in collaboration with KW Berlin, as well as two art installations to be part of this comprehensive group exhibition.

Though we rely on digital tools for many things, we rarely understand how they work. Moreover, due to the proprietary nature of much corporate tech, even the most curious among us cannot gain deeper insight. Today, we are forced to come to terms with our relative lack of power in the face of inscrutable systems. What symptoms of this personal and political drama register in the cultural field? What moods, symbols, or narrative frames capture the aesthetics and politics of exclusion, occlusion, secrecy, and speculation concerning technology’s inside?

展览的概念来源于Nadim Samman最近出版的新书：加密的诗意：艺术和科技时代。这本书描绘了一个由黑境、黑盒和黑洞构成的想象中的世界——这些词汇也暗示出科技系统是如何吞噬用户，它们如何隐形？以及它们如何扭曲文化时空。这些主题组成展览的三个章节，贯穿了柏林KW学院的所有展览楼层，展览将于五月26日结束。

The concept builds upon the recent book by Nadim Samman titled Poetics of Encryption: Art and the Technocene. It surveys an imaginative landscape marked by Black Sites, Black Boxes, and Black Holes—terms that indicate how technical systems capture users, how they work in stealth, and how they distort cultural space-time. These themes form the basis three chapters that play out across all gallery floors at KW Berlin until May 26.

展览空间中呈对角线的墙由透明的PVC条状窗帘构成，建立了具有渗透性的空间边界。这些窗帘的表面创造了反射和变形扭曲，但同时又能让这些空间分隔前后的艺术作品进行视觉对话。红色条带标明了展览各主题部分的路线。这一建筑方案支持了策展人对进入与排斥、清晰与不透明之间紧张关系的关注，同时也让人联想到断裂的屏幕或电缆绝缘层。

The diagonal walls of our exhibition design are composed of transparent PVC strip curtains, establishing spatial borders that remain permeable. Their surfaces create reflections and distortion, and yet allow visual dialogues between artworks in front of and behind these spatial dividers. The red strips indicate a route through the thematic segments of the show. This architectural scheme supports a curatorial focus on tensions between access and exclusion, clarity and opacity, while also recalling fractured screens or electric cable insulation.
