STANDFIRST

食品安全真正重要的部分，往往并不可见。从自然生长，到微观风险；从净化技术，到正在运行的生产系统，FLLLLLY DESIGN将永登甘味1,800平方米的展厅编排成一段连续发生的感知旅程。一个孩童掀开帘幕，观众从好奇出发，穿过自然、危机、科技与真实生产，最终重新回到日常食物。这里所设计的，不只是人看见什么，而是看见之后，如何开始理解，并逐渐相信。

The most important systems behind food safety are often invisible. For Yongdeng Ganwei’s 1,800-sqm exhibition hall, FLLLLLY DESIGN choreographs natural growth, microscopic risk, purification technology and operating production systems into a continuous perceptual journey. A child pulls back a curtain. From that first gesture of curiosity, visitors move through nature, threat, technology and real production before returning to the everyday act of eating. What is being designed is not simply what people see, but how seeing becomes understanding — and how understanding gradually becomes trust.

01｜从看见开始
It Begins with Seeing

食品安全并不天然拥有一种可以被看见的形态。一份净菜抵达餐桌之前，经历了生长环境、不可见的微观风险、净化、加工、溯源与质控，真正决定安全的部分，大多发生在人看不见的地方。面对永登甘味安全净菜超级工厂的展厅设计，FLLLLLY DESIGN 没有选择把这些内容继续转化为更多文字、数据与流程图，而是提出了另一个问题：如果信任无法仅仅通过一句承诺建立，那么空间能否让它被亲身经历？于是，1,800 平方米的展厅被重新理解为一段感知过程。自然、危机、科技、机械、艺术与真实生产不再是彼此独立的展示内容，而成为连续出现的“镜头”。观众在行走中不断改变自己的观看位置，也逐渐改变对一份食物的理解。

Food safety does not naturally have a visible form. Before fresh-cut produce reaches the table, it passes through growing environments, microscopic risks, purification, processing, traceability and quality control, yet the systems that determine whether food is safe largely operate beyond public view. For the Yongdeng Ganwei Fresh-Cut Produce Superfactory Exhibition Hall, FLLLLLY DESIGN chose not to translate these processes into more text, data and diagrams. Instead, the studio asked: if trust cannot be established through a promise alone, can space allow it to be experienced? The 1,800-sqm exhibition hall was therefore conceived as a perceptual sequence. Nature, risk, technology, machinery, art and real production are no longer separate categories of information. They appear one after another, almost like edited scenes, gradually changing both the visitor’s position and their understanding of food.

02｜好奇，是第一道门槛
Curiosity as the First Threshold

旅程从一个三岁孩童开始。入口处，一尊近乎与空间等高的白色孩童雕塑俯身掀开巨大的白色帘幕，目光落向展厅深处。作品被命名为《永恒的好奇 / Eternal Curiosity》。孩子并不代表某个具体人物，他更像一种尚未被知识预先规定的观看状态——对未知保持专注，愿意靠近，也愿意提出问题。观众从孩童与帘幕之间进入，踏上微微发光的玻璃地台，巨大的身体尺度、柔软的帘幕褶皱与人的真实尺度产生反差。这一刻，“好奇”不再只是展览主题，而成为一个真实发生的身体动作：掀开、进入、靠近。

The journey begins with a three-year-old child. At the entrance, a monumental white sculpture bends forward and pulls back an oversized curtain, looking into the space beyond. The work is titled Eternal Curiosity. The child does not represent a particular individual; instead, it embodies a state of perception that has not yet been predetermined by knowledge — attentive to the unknown, willing to approach it, and willing to question it. Visitors pass between the child and the curtain before stepping onto a softly illuminated glass platform. The contrast between the monumental sculpture and the scale of the human body transforms curiosity from an abstract idea into a physical act: to uncover, to enter, to approach.

03｜鲸落：净化不是消失，而是转化
Whale Fall: Purification as Transformation

进入空间之后，一只悬浮的白色鲸体成为第二个具有强烈记忆感的存在。它来自“鲸落”——一鲸落，万物生。在自然界中，一个生命的结束并不是简单的消失，而会成为另一个系统开始运转的起点。FLLLLLY DESIGN 将这种循环转译为对“净化”的理解：净化不是删除，而是辨认、分解、转化与重新建立秩序。鲸鱼的外部由白色编织钢网形成半透明轮廓，内部嵌入具有机械感的 3D 打印鲸体，自然生命的形态与人工科技的结构彼此叠合。它既像一个生命体，也像一台尚未被完全解释的机器，于是，自然与科技不再是两个相反的世界，而开始在同一个身体里共存。

A suspended white whale becomes the next major spatial memory. Its conceptual origin is whale fall — the ecological phenomenon in which the end of one life becomes the beginning of another system. FLLLLLY DESIGN translates this cycle into an interpretation of purification: not as disappearance, but as identification, decomposition, transformation and the formation of a new order. The whale is formed by a translucent outer shell of woven white steel mesh, enclosing a technologically articulated 3D-printed mechanical body. The organic silhouette of a living creature and an artificial mechanical structure occupy the same form. Nature and technology are therefore no longer presented as opposites; they begin to coexist within a single body.

04｜五个章节，一次感知的剪辑
Five Chapters, One Perceptual Sequence

整个参观路径由五个连续章节构成：万物共生 / The Symbiosis、微观危机 / The Invisible Threat、科技净界 / The Purification Realm、洞见新生 / The Rebirth、未来之窗 / The Future Window。它们不是五个独立展区，而是五次感知状态的变化。旅程从生命最初的状态开始，烧瓶中的植物、透明结构与生长系统构成“万物共生”；随后空间逐渐变暗，被放大的细胞影像、显微镜、标本与反射界面进入视野，原本肉眼无法察觉的风险被放大到与身体发生关系的尺度，形成“微观危机”。当观众已经意识到不可见之物的存在，空间再次发生改变，幽暗逐渐转向洁白与明亮，不锈钢管道、净化构件、机械臂和动态艺术装置开始出现。技术从文字说明中离开，开始拥有形态、运动、声音与光。

The visitor journey unfolds through five chapters: The Symbiosis, The Invisible Threat, The Purification Realm, The Rebirth and The Future Window. Rather than functioning as independent exhibition zones, each chapter marks a change in perception. Plants growing inside laboratory flasks and transparent structures introduce the living systems behind food. The atmosphere then darkens; enlarged cellular imagery, microscopes, specimens and reflective surfaces bring invisible risks into bodily scale. Once those hidden threats have been perceived, the environment changes again. Darkness gives way to brightness as stainless-steel pipes, purification components, robotic systems and kinetic installations emerge. Technology leaves the diagram and acquires form, movement, light and physical presence.

05｜让生产本身被看见
Production Becomes Visible

旅程继续向前，展览与真实工厂之间的边界开始消失。观众刚刚在展览中理解的净化原理，逐渐与现实中正在发生的分拣、清洗、加工、溯源与质控重叠。机械臂正在工作，不锈钢设备持续运行，真实的生产过程透过观察界面出现在人的视线里。这里不再需要用一张流程图告诉观众“食物经历了什么”，因为过程本身已经出现。这也是空间中一个非常重要的转折：此前被隐藏的系统，开始主动向人打开。技术因此不需要成为夸张的未来奇观，它真正产生信任的方式，是让运行本身保持清晰、透明和可见。

As visitors move forward, the distinction between exhibition and factory begins to dissolve. The purification principles introduced moments earlier overlap with actual processes of sorting, cleaning, processing, traceability and quality control. Robotic arms are operating, stainless-steel systems are working, and production becomes visible through the architecture itself. There is no longer a need for a diagram explaining what happens behind the scenes because the process itself is now present. Technology is therefore not presented as a futuristic spectacle. Its credibility comes from something quieter: clarity, transparency and the simple fact that it can be seen working.

06｜当科学开始运动
When Science Begins to Move

FLLLLLY DESIGN 还为项目设计了一系列定制艺术装置。孩童雕塑、雕塑化帘幕、不锈钢管道艺术装置、烧瓶植物展示架，以及动态艺术作品《净化之舞》，共同参与整个感知序列。其中，《净化之舞》通过金属构件不断发生的运动、交错与反射，把原本抽象的净化过程转译为一种节律：捕捉、分解、转换，再次形成新的秩序。科学因此不再只是一段需要被阅读的信息，它开始可以被观看、被穿过，甚至被身体感知。

FLLLLLY DESIGN also developed a family of custom artworks and installations for the project. The child sculpture, sculptural curtain, stainless-steel pipe installation, botanical flask display and kinetic artwork Dance of Purification all become part of the same perceptual sequence. Dance of Purification transforms a technical process into rhythm as metal elements move, intersect and reflect: capture, breakdown, transformation, a new order. Scientific information is no longer something that needs only to be read; it can be watched, crossed and physically sensed.

07｜从看见，到相信
From Seeing to Trust

旅程最终抵达“未来之窗”。在这里，科技不再被表现为遥远的未来，而重新回到一顿饭、一份蔬菜与人的日常生活。自然、微观危机、净化技术、机械生产与未来食饮完成了一次循环。回望整段路径，永登甘味展厅并没有试图通过某一个巨大造型制造视觉高潮，它真正组织的是看见的顺序：先产生好奇，然后发现不可见的风险，开始理解技术为什么存在，亲眼看到真实生产正在发生，最后重新回到自己每天都会面对的食物。于是，“信任”不再是写在墙上的结论，而更像是这一整段经历之后自然出现的结果。从看见，到理解；从理解，到相信。空间最终设计的，从来不只是人看见了什么，而是人在看见之后，与这个世界建立了怎样的新关系。

The journey eventually arrives at The Future Window. Here, technology is no longer presented as a distant future. It returns to something familiar: a meal, a vegetable, everyday life. Nature, microscopic threat, purification technology, industrial production and future food systems complete a cycle. Looking back, the Yongdeng Ganwei exhibition hall does not rely on a single spectacular form. What it choreographs is something less visible: the order in which perception occurs. Curiosity comes first, then the discovery of what cannot normally be seen. Technology begins to make sense, real production becomes visible, and finally the visitor returns to food. Trust is therefore not presented as a conclusion written on a wall; it emerges gradually from the journey itself. From seeing, to understanding. From understanding, to trust. What space ultimately designs is not only what people see, but the relationship they form with the world after seeing it.
