在安哥拉的第二大城市本拉阁，OODA事务所设计了一栋26层高的住宅楼，该楼拥有多种不同的住宅单元。安哥拉处于非洲西南部，临考大西洋，最近因为石油产业发展迅速。建筑有着远处无限的海景，概念是堆叠的立体体块。建筑共有四种基本层，这些层叠加为形状不一的体块单元，然后进行错落有致的叠放，最终形成建筑现有造型。当地气候属于热带草原气候，因此在建筑叠摞的体块之间设置了大量的室外绿色花园空间供人们享用。室外花园和房间都沐浴在阳光之下。

In Benguela, the second large metropolis of Angola, on the scope of the new masterplan in development, we designed a 26 story high building for different types of housing units in just one piece.
