火锅作为餐饮美食之一，面对的客群主要是年轻群体，本次受甲方委托，对于这次的餐饮空间项目，我们希望传达出一种年轻、个性、有想法的空间体验；不再是受传统认知牵制，跳脱出流行趋势中的舒适区，寻找空间的更多可能性，带给顾客一种与众不同的视觉空间体验。本案无论在空间形态还是在材质属性的呈现上，设计师都从“新”出发，希望结合建筑本身的结构特点一同打造出别具一格的餐饮空间。

As one of the catering delicacies, hot pot is mainly targeted at young customers. Entrusted by Party A, we hope to convey a young, individual and thoughtful space experience for this catering space project. It is no longer restricted by traditional cognition, jumping out of the comfort zone in the fashion trend, looking for more possibilities of space, and bringing customers a unique visual space experience. In this case, whether in the form of space or in the presentation of material attributes, the designer starts from the “new”, hoping to combine the structural characteristics of the building itself to create a unique dining space.

起初我们在平面布局上抓住了弧形建筑结构特点，通过空间中的两根圆柱体找到空间布局的出发点，展开出符合空间建筑特点的空间功能形态，让建筑内部结构与建筑本身产生共鸣。

At first, we grasped the structural characteristics of the curved building in the plane layout, and found the starting point of the spatial layout through the two cylinders in the space, and developed the spatial functional form in line with the characteristics of the space architecture, so that the internal structure of the building resonates with the building itself.

由于原建筑入口处顶部存在一个大尺寸的通风管道，设计师通过不规则双曲面顶面造型的重复且有变化的叠加来遮挡上方管道，避免了管道外露的同时也让顶面的结构呈现出特有的结构美感和具有强烈张力的视觉效果。

Due to the existence of a large air conduit at the top of the entrance of the original building, the designer shielded the upper pipe by repeating and changing the shape of the irregular hyperboloid top surface, which avoided the exposure of the pipe and also made the structure of the top surface present a unique structural aesthetic feeling and visual effect with strong tension.

利用曲面隔断的纵向重组做空间分区，模糊了空间分割感，隔断的曲面形态在弧形空间中也更具有融入感和流动感；纤薄的不锈钢曲面隔断，从地面挺拔而出的形态，呈现出一种完全不同的材料质感和空间张力，营造出流动且柔和的空间曲线。

Using the longitudinal recombination of the surface partition to partition the space has blurred the sense of spatial division, partition of the curved surface in the arc space also delivers a sense of integration and flow; Thin stainless steel surface partition, a form that rises straight from the ground, presents a completely different material texture and space tension, creating a flowing and soft space curve.

锻造的高温造就了钢铁冰冷的表面，设计师利用钢铁的“冰冷”与火锅的“炙热”这两个具有强烈反差的感官体验，在空间中产生有趣的碰撞，颠覆了大众对传统火锅餐厅的认知。

The high temperature of forging creates the cold surface of steel. The designer uses the “cold” of steel and the “hot” of hot pot to create an interesting collision in the space and subvert the public’s perception of traditional hot pot restaurants.

我们从太空中提取出星云、行星、流星、飞船等出元素再进行抽象化的至于空间中，形成有趣巧妙的形态组合与空间结构。具有雕塑感和神秘感的黑色行星至于弧形顶面之间，使人产生行星轨迹的视觉补充联想，让空间中的形态产生了互动；利用顶部交错的抽象化的流星轨迹造型来丰富顶部视觉，强调餐厅公共区域的顶面视觉重心。

We extract nebulae, planets, meteors, spacecraft and other elements from space and then abstract them into space, forming interesting and ingenious morphological combinations and space structures. The black planet with a sense of sculpture and mystery is between the curved top surface, which makes people have the visual supplementary association of the planet track, and makes the form in the space produce interaction. The top of the staggered abstract meteor trajectory modeling is used to enrich the vision of the top, emphasizing the visual center of gravity on the top of the restaurant public area.
