Appreciation towards TJAD for providing the following description:

金海湖是上海市奉贤区一个以金鱼图案为核心水面的开放式绿地公园，又被称为“上海之鱼”。同济大学建筑设计研究院应奉贤区政府的邀请，在公园内设计了一组由木构单元演化而来的移动驿站；其中一期已建15个，二期待建12个。

Jinhai Lake is an open green park with a goldfish pattern as the core water surface in Fengxian District, Shanghai, also known as “Shanghai Fish”. At the invitation of Fengxian District Government, TJAD has designed a set of mobile stations evolving from wooden units in the park, of which 15 have been built in Phase I and 12 will be built in Phase II soon.

上海之鱼移动驿站以“观鱼春池鼓枻歌，花开满园游亭榭”为设计理念，承载观景、游园、赏花等系列休闲娱乐活动。整体布局以日晷为原型，采取放射形的网格布局，最终以湖心为圆心环绕展开一副移动驿站网络图景。

Shanghai Fish Mobile Stations are designed with the concept of ” Watching fish at the pond in spring, singing while rowing, touring pavilions in the blossoming garden”, carrying a series of leisure activities such as viewing, touring, enjoying the flowers and so on. The overall layout is based on the sundial with a radial grid. The center of the lake also acts as the center of the circle to expand a set of mobile station network scenery.

已建成移动驿站全部为木结构，包括基本型和变化型两种模式。

The completed mobile stations are all wooden structures, including two models: basic and variable.

基本型移动驿站以中国传统鲁班锁为设计原型，9m×9m×9m为基本单元，以错层、架空、灰空间等手法，营造层次丰富、趣味多样的空间，承担着补充公园配套设施的功能，包括自动售卖、直饮水、母婴室、卫生间、休闲座椅、儿童游乐、工作室、观景平台等。

The basic mobile station is designed based on the traditional Chinese Lu Ban Lock. And a unit is 9 meters in length, width and height. The architects use staggered levels, overheads and gray spaces to create an interesting space. The basic mobile station also assumes the function of complementary park facilities, including vending, direct drinking water, mother and baby room, restrooms, leisure seats, children’s play, workshops, viewing platforms, etc.

变化型移动驿站是形态不一的标志性构筑物，作为景观小品点缀公园，体现出木构建筑统一的节奏，又因不同的形式而呈现出变化的韵律，与模数化的基本型移动驿站形成形态上的对答。

The variable mobile stations are iconic structures with different forms, decorating the park as landscape vignettes. The variable stations reflect the unified rhythm of wooden architecture and present a rhythm of change due to different forms, forming a morphological counterpoint to the modal basic mobile ones.

可变与共享是驿站的主要属性。两种驿站设计灵活，识别性强，构件之间局部采用钢构件进行连接，易于建造、拆卸和搬运，体现出数字化时代的装配式生产方式。同时，每个驿站又是一个“共享盒子”，作为生活交往的公共空间节点，营造出山水城市的意象和趣味。

Variability and sharing are the main attributes of the stations. The two types of stations are flexible in design and recognizable, and the components are partially connected by steel members, which are easy to build, disassemble and transport. It reflects the assembly production method in the digital era. At the same time, each station is a “sharing box”, serving as a public space node for life interaction and creating the imagery and interest of a landscape city.

移动驿站的出现，为景观公园补足了城市功能，丰富了空间层次，使上海之鱼成为上海南片区的会客厅；以小而美的设计，成为整个公园的画“鱼”点睛之笔。

The emergence of mobile stations complements functions of the city park, enriches the spatial level, and makes Shanghai Fish a living room of the southern part of Shanghai. With a small but beautiful design, it becomes the finishing touch of the whole park.
