京投银泰万科 · 西华府项目因为坐落在北京丰台区郭公庄地铁站上盖上，因此成为了极具自身特点的地铁站上盖项目，而上盖项目对于景观设计而言有着诸多挑战。苛刻的覆土种植条件、复杂蓄水排水组织、荷载计算与处理、景观构筑物基础的生根方式、植物材料的选择与维护都是值得深入探讨和研究的重点。在思考与处理这些问题的同时，设计师们重新理解和整合对环境、对生活价值的认知，希望通过设计将生活真实的意义还原，建造一座城市里的空中花园，给居住者质朴、原生的自然空间。

The project Jingtou Yintai Vanke Xihua Mansion is located on the top of Guogongzhuang subway station in Fengtai District, Beijing. Therefore it becomes a project with distinct features on the top of subway station. This also brings challenges to landscape design. Problems like severe earthing and planting situations, complex water discharge and drainage organization, load calculation and management, rooting methods of landscape structures basis, choice and maintenance of plant materials are major points that needs our deep discussion and research.While considering and solving these problems, designers have a new understanding and integration about the cognition of environment and living value, try to recover the true meaning of life by designs, build a handing garden in the city, and present a simple and native space for residents.

由于项目的覆土预留条件只有30公分，设计师对土壤进行了轻质土改良处理，不仅增加了土壤的肥力，也使得土壤的厚度有效提升10-20公分，使得草皮、宿根花卉、灌木、观赏草能够正常生长。传统排水无法满足此项目的排水组织需求，因此采用了虹吸排水方式，通过雨水口、截水沟、盲管等多种形式相结合，达到雨水有组织的进行排放。

For there is only 30 centimeters of reserved earthing space, designers make light soil improving treatment. This helps increase soil fertility, and effectively increases the soil thickness by 10 to 20 centimeters, enabling turf, perennial flowers, bush and ornamental grass can grow regularly. Traditional water drainage methods cannot meet the needs of drainage organization in this project. Hence designers apply syphon drainage method, and drain rain water effectively by using the combination of gutter inlets, catch-water channels and blind ditches.

景观构筑物的实施需满足荷载要求、不能破坏顶板防水等一系列限制因素。构筑物基础尽量落位在结构柱上，尽量采用钢结构，同时运用了构筑物结构放角面积加大等措施。为了确保能够种植大乔木，在盖上顶板柱点的位置增加了树钵，树钵的材质与密度、土球的体积与乔木的胸径、高度都是经过详细计算论证的，以确保在满足荷载、防风固土、排水良好的前提下最大限度的提升乔木的观赏效果。

The building of landscape structures must meet requirements of loading and protection of waterproof roof. The basics of structures should settle on structure columns and use steel structures to the greatest extent. Meanwhile areas of structure construction corners should be increased. In order to ensure the planting of macrophanerophytes, designers install tree pots in supporting points of top roofs. The texture and density of tree pots, volume of earth ball, diameter and height of macrophanerophytes are worked out by detailed calculation and argumentation. This can exhibit the sightseeing effect of megaphanerophytes to the greatest extent on the premise of meeting loading needs, wind prevention and sand fixation, and good drainage.

对于植物材料的选择上，项目团队对北方植物库资源进行了详细的甄选、研究与调研，最终确认耐维护、抗性好、效果优良的宿根植物20余种，观赏草10余种，以及多种类的乔木、灌木、藤本植物作为盖上植物栽植素材。项目制定详细的后期养护预案，确保软景效果能够持续展现，春季对观赏草进行根系梳理，控制观赏草的密度，达到观赏草的最佳观赏效果；冬季对观赏草进行修剪，部分品种需做防冻处理，保证安全过冬；同时，观赏草周边散置碎石，保证春季发芽期及冬季修剪后的景观效果。

As for the choice of plants, our project team makes a detailed selection, research and investigation of plant base resources in northern China. Finally our team chooses more than 20 sorts of perennial plants, more than 10 sorts of ornamental grasses, and various sorts of arbors, shrubs and vines as project planting materials, for their easy maintenance, strong resistance and good effects. We have made a detailed maintenance plan for these plants after they are cultivated, in order to make sure the soft landscape will last continuously. In spring, workers will deal with root system clearance of ornamental grass, control its density, and realize the best sight-seeing effect of ornamental grass. In winter, workers will trim ornamental grass, give antifreeze procedures for particular varieties, and make sure they can survive in the cold winter. Meanwhile, we put little scattered gravel in surrounding areas of ornamental grass, in order to ensure good landscape effects in spring germination period and winter trimming period.
