我们持续不断优化服务与质量

其中一个案例是，在过去一年我们尝试推出了全新的业主与设计公司对接服务。
（1） 新增业主一键联系设计公司的免费业务。
在过去，业主在谷德网站上阅览作品后，一部分业主会通过网站上已有的设计公司联系方式直接联系到设计师，一部分业主会迁移到设计师的网站，微信或者小红书上进行联系，还有一部分业主则完全不知道怎样快速准确的联系到设计公司。
新增一键联系服务后，业主只要在谷德填写表单，写明自己想联系的设计公司，谷德就会提供免费且快速的服务，让业主和设计师顺利对接上。
此外，如果业主不知道该找哪个设计师进行设计，谷德能帮助推荐设计师。

（2）对项目对接服务进行了优化与升级。
当业主需要谷德推荐设计师时，过去经常出现几十家设计公司竞争的局面。如今每个项目限制了申请公司的数量，确保通常申请数量不大于7个。确保设计公司的竞争权益。

Thanks to the enthusiastic support from our readers, gooood continues to hold a top global position in traffic. It ranks as the number one architecture website in Asia and is the only one from China in the world’s top 50.

Over the past year, we shared more than 2,390 projects and collections.
In the past year, gooood.cn had over 3.67 million annual active users, including more than 650,000 from overseas. Active users from China exceeded 3.01 million, making up 82% of the total.

 

Continuous Improvement of Services and Quality

Over the past year, we introduced a new owner–architect matching service.
(1) Introduction of a free one-click contact service for owners to reach design firms.
Previously, after browsing projects on the gooood website, some owners contacted architects directly using publicly available contact information; others moved to designers’ own websites, WeChat, or Xiaohongshu accounts; while many were unsure how to efficiently and accurately reach the right design firm.
With the new one-click contact service, owners can simply fill out a form on gooood, indicate the design firm they want to reach, and gooood will offer a free and prompt service to connect owners with designers smoothly.
Additionally, if owners are unsure which designer to choose, gooood can help by recommending suitable ones.

(2) Optimization and upgrading of the project matching service.
In the past, when owners requested architect recommendations through gooood, it was common for dozens of design firms to compete for a single project. Now, each project limits the number of applying firms, typically to no more than seven, to ensure fair competition and safeguard the rights of design companies.
