荷兰鹿特丹Studio Maks的新作“云桌“，其占地面积达70平米。云桌之意不在家具，而在”景观“—成为一个社交与信息交流场所。优雅的云桌超出一般家居用品的规模，创造出空间。

With STUDIO MAKS we aim to design new environments for all kinds of people at every imaginable scale. Whether they are masterplans, buildings or furniture designs.

For Ventura Lambrate we created a new “Table Architecture” project: the “Could Table”.  With this 70 m2 table we aim to create a landscape rather than furniture, a social place for people to meet and exchange information. The table exceeds the scale of common furniture design; it creates architectural space.

At the same time this light and elegantly crafted table contains integrated media technologies that allow people to connect beyond the physical space; on a virtual scale.

The “Cloud Table” was designed by STUDIO MAKS (Marieke Kums, Gorka Beitia Zarandona, Alessia Nociaro, Zsófia Szoke) produced by the FICTION FACTORY, in collaboration with VENTURA LAMBRATE and supported by the CREATIVE INDUSTRIES FUND NL.

STUDIO MAKS is an architectural practise based in Rotterdam. The studio develops projects that engage culture and consciousness, nature and artificiality, surrealism and pragmatism. In an age where people’s awareness is ever expanding, we strive to push beyond conventional values and scales. STUDIO MAKS’s projects vary from small art installations, to building projects and urban schemes within and outside of the Netherlands.
