中国古代文人尤重“风骨”，传统书法亦注重行云流水之中蕴涵铮铮笔意，外呈灵动，内收锋芒。“缘圆椅”取书法笔意之精髓，造型流畅典雅，宛若一挥而就的行草篇章，设计制作严谨遵循受力原理，每一处节点都切合书法行笔中的“略停”而显得坚实有力。
The ancient Chinese scholars were particular about the “Fenggu (strength of character)”. Traditional calligraphy also paid much attention to implying strong connotation amidst the flowing strokes. “Yuanyuan” armchair takes the essence of the calligraphic style and has the smooth and elegant shape resembling a work of cursive. However, the design and making are strictly in line with mechanical principle, each of the nodes accords to the “pause” of the calligraphy movements and looks solid and forceful.

很有禅意，原来米丈什么都做
丑的人神共愤。椅子把手在中段旋转90度的做法常见于金属椅子中，用金属板（片）制作的把手在中段通过旋转来加强结构并提供最佳受力方向。这个木头的椅子变截面扶手的做法跟材料特性和加工方式完全无关，附会什么书法的意向也非常牵强。整体扭的跟面条似的软软塌塌。
这种类型的工艺品，似乎看到的不是很多，有的话似乎也是用于展览的。由于工艺的提高，可以创造不同的形态，总的来说也是比较中规中矩。
真的很有神韵。居然把木条做的这么筋道。

说实话，看局部非常给力，但是整体看上去很丑。
